Great location, great food, amazing common spaces (breakfast area/lobby area), okay room
Pros:

The common spaces in the hotel are very beautiful! The breakfast was wonderful and all of the staff working breakfast was so kind.

Cons:

The bedroom did not have a curtain on the glass door to the terrace, making it feel not completely private.

Pros:

La vista en el área de desayuno es muy linda

Cons:

Los colchones no son muy cómodos, el parqueo queda a 100 mt del local en un terreno cerrado con malla al aire libre, hay que pasar un puente que no tiene luz, también a la hora de pagar en colones me cobraban más que lo que indicaba la aplicación, por lo que tuve que optar por pagar en dólares

There was an okay breakfast included. And we had the place much to ourselves. So quiet.

Cons:

It is noisy from the outside most hours of the day since it is in the middle of town.
It is quite expensive but the breakfast sort of makes up for it.

The staff provided excellent service and the views were remarkable; however, the accommodations did not meet expectations. One example is during breakfast, I encountered a spoon that appeared to be inadequately cleaned, which was quite off-putting.

Top Hotel im Zentrum speziell für Individualisten
Pros:

Kleines, aber sehr sympathisches Hotel direkt im Zentrum von La Fortuna. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Shops, Banken und Souvenirläden in unmittelbarer Umgebung, ebenso der Busbahnhof. Das Personal an der Rezeption äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wunderschöne offene Terrasse mit Blick zum Vulkan. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer recht einfach ausgestattet, aber ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht hellhörig und die Gäste haben sich oft bis spät in der Nacht lautstark unterhalten.
Warmwasser nur in der Dusche. Im Waschbecken nur kalt (was aber nicht stört).
