Great hotel, highly recommended. Got it at a steal deal.
Pros:

Everything was good. Spacious room, geyser control was with us, functioning kettle in the room, and large comfy beds. I was delighted by the authentic bengali veg thali served at lunch.

Staffs were very friendly and hotel is budget friendly. I liked the food very much specially aloo Paratha, it's like home made food only and affordable as well.

Exceptional Stay and Service.
Pros:

The room was big, clean, comfy, and had all necessary amenities like TV, high speed Wi-Fi, electric kettle, intercom, etc.
All the members of the staff were super helpful and friendly.
The location is very good and in a walkable neighborhood. Ropeway, Chorten Gumpha, MG Road, Gurudwara, all are in walking distance.
Loved the private lounge that we got complimentary with our room, that provides stunning mountain view through its sliding glass windows. Such a pleasure having meals sitting there, or just relaxing.
The food was delicious.

Just superb.
Pros:

The room was beautiful, spacious, and very nice. Bathroom was big, modern, and clean. All expected amenities like wifi, tv, kettle, sanitary products, towels, etc. were provided. The food was consistently excellent.
