Location was excellent;good valuer for money;room very clean+comfortable:staff very sttentive+helpful particular thamks to Charlie.Enjoyed the complimentary wine+cheese;extended check out by one hour+no charge

Cons:

Slight leak in bathroom but had no direct impact on me or my stay.Think I might choose room with window next time but will depend on price

Disappointed
Pros:

Good welcome. Friendly staff. Good location.

Cons:

I was 1 hour 50 minutes early to check in. They said that a room was available however as I was checking in before 3pm id have to pay £10! WHY? The room is ready! Not as if you had to clean it there and then.
Bed was very uncomfortable, like sleeping on the floor! Cheap pillows that weren't comfortable. Had a terrible sleep.
Now in Edinburgh staying in Moxy hotel. Arrived over 2 hours early. Got a room no problem. No extra charge.

Die Lage war perfek und das Personal war sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es war etwas ungewohnt in einem Zimmer zu schlafen ohne Fenster, allerdings war es trotzdem sehr bequem und absolut ausreichend zum schlafen.
