Have stayed many times and will continue to do so!
Pros:

I had a very warm & friendly welcome from reception team 😃 i would have loved to.partake in the cheese & wine from 5 but time did not suit.It's such a lovely gesture!

Cons:

Everything was good.No complaints.Location of hotel is perfect when travelling by train and for retail therapy.The water decanter is appreciated beside bed.

Wouldn't stay again
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Had the smallest room ever although it had a window the foot stool and bin were in the way. No dressing table to put anything on and do makeup or hair. The mattress was so hard I actually had to check there was one !!
The shower mixer taps were stuck on and non functioning so had a scolding hot shower.
When I told the staff they didn't do anything just said sorry.

Great position and good value
Pros:

Great location and good value. A top location for easy access to stations and the city centre activities. Well organised and comfortable for a night just to crash. Very good for the money. Clean and comfortable.

I feel a refund should of been issued or even half
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay until I got a little drunk and had an argument with my partner and was then arrested for nothing dint get my aid for breakfast that was £30 or the bottle of £40 wine I bought also I didnt even stay so was all in all pointless

Great location, 10 minutes from Glasgow Central and just 15 minutes from the venue I was going to, the reason for the booking.
Staff exceptional , room was as described and exceeded my expectations, clean and compact with everything I needed. I upgraded to have breakfast, which was excellent value. Lovely stay.

Amazing stay at a great price
Pros:

The hotel is located right by the City Chambers which is very central. The check in was easy and the room was comfortable although it was without window. The lighting was good. I got the disabled room with translucent glass bathroom so only suitable for very close couple or friends. The coffee and tea selection in the room is really good! They even let me leave my luggage after I checked out so I had a good tour around Glasgow.
