I pay in Zagreb at the Westin the same I paid at this hotel. Overpriced

Die Lage war ganz gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer hier und dort etwas renoviert aber teilweise doch sehr alt für den aufgerufenen Preis. Was jedoch die Krönung war sind 45 Euro Aufpreis für unseren Hund. Bei den kroatischen Löhnen könnte hier wohl jemand 3 Stunden putzen, einfach nur horrend teuer!

The price does not match for a good stay.
Pros:

The breakfast is good - there is also fruit.

Cons:

No hot water in the bathroom to take a shower the night we checked in. I did not expect - this is an outrage.

Great location in Gospic, highly recommended!
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and attentive for our 2 days stay. Dinner for 10 was excellent, great food selection and quality and again staff was very attentive. Highly recommend Hotel Ana and their restaurant.

met our needs for convenience.
Pros:

Very clean and reasonably comfortable twin beds. The bathroom was awkward in its layout of the bidet , toilet, and bathtub. No shower stall. Breakfast servings were acceptable but a little lean compared to other hotels. This hotel was selected by us for its convenience in location for our return trip to the airport.

Cons:

No shower stall and cramped space between the toilet and bidet.

Great location, very comfortable
Pros:

Great modern and comfortable as advertised. Beds and bedding were great. Bathroom was excellent. Great restaurant next door. Breakfast inclusion was appreciated.

Pros:

The hotel and attached restaurant are good. The staff, while not fluent in English, are nice, polite and helpful. The breakfast is great, and the coffee machine has good coffee (all included).
Location is fairly close to the highway, so this is a great travel stop! Rooms are clean and well refurbished.

Cons:

The rooms once allowed smoking I guess, because it still smells like cigarettes (1 out of 2 booked rooms).

disappointing
Pros:

the staff in the afternoon were great. good english and welcoming.

Cons:

we specifically asked for safe bicycle storage when booking and were promised it. however, upon arrival, the storage room was occupied by children’s activities.
our bikes were left outside in the baking sun. eventually we asked again, and we moved our bikes into the reception area.
the receptionist in the morning said she could speak german, but in reality couldn’t understand a word, and couldn’t help with any questions we asked.
the breakfast hall was all in white, with white cloth decked tables and chairs, that looked like a funeral parlour. it was clearly setup as a function room and wasn’t particularly clean.
overpriced.
