Pros:

スタッフの感じが良く、親切でした。
部屋が清潔で、ベッドと枕が体に合っていて、パジャマが用意されているのが、気に入っています。ロビーで飲み物やアメニティを取っていくシステムも良いと思います。

Cons:

いろんな宿泊予約客がいて、仕方ないのかもしれませんが、当日支払いにしたいです。

心温まる好意に感謝
Pros:

受験で利用したのですが、チェックインした後に息子に駆け寄り受験ですか？良かったらこれをどうぞ！と手書きでの応援メッセージとポケットティッシュにキャンディーを下さいました。前期で失敗し深く落ち込んでおり後がない息子はひどく感激しておりました。励ましになったみたいで本当にありがたいご厚意でした。
親の私もとてもほっこりする出来事で本当にありがとうございました。

Cons:

ベッド上に使用後の使い捨てのコンタクトレンズが落ちていました。ホテル側ではなく利用者のモラルの問題ですが…。、

Good value for money - would stay again!
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently situated across the road from Morioka train station. I booked a twin share room which was generous in size by Japanese standards. As I was allocated a corner room on the 13th floor, I had panoramic views of Mt. Iwate on one side and Morioka train station with amazing alpine mountain views behind it! The hotel is clean with a generous and well functioning laundry. There’s a microwave situated in the laundry to heat up any convenience store food and speaking of convenience stores, the hotel is directly attached to a Lawson with keycard security access. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the castle ruins however there is a bus terminal at the front of Morioka station with buses that will take you almost anywhere. I’d definitely consider staying here again. Next time I may rent a car and explore more of the Iwate prefecture - Richmond Hotel have an allocated car park next door which could accommodate that too. I didn’t choose daily breakfast option, but there’s 24/7 all you can drink tea/coffee sitting facility on the 2nd floor.

Cons:

Small thing, but the block out blinds in my room let in more light than they should have.

Pros:

駅前で交通が良かったし、1階にローソンがあり便利で良かった。朝食が美味しかった。
建物が新しくて清潔感に溢れていた。

Cons:

朝食券が少々高いなと思った。ランドリー室に洗濯ネットがなかった。

Very good. Pleasant stay
