Good staff, very personalize service.
Good location near Huda City Centre.
The hotel is located in an easily accessible part of Gurgaon (Sector 45)
It is very well lit, so hard to miss, and on the service lane right next to the main road
It is very well manned, well trained staffed, and well stocked (food and in-room bar)
A good place, which I often find myself choosing as a default choice to stay

Initial Website photos are not of the property.
Property at the rear ( approximately 2-3 meters away) being built had the workers peeping in if curtains were open .
I have stayed at the hotel a few times, just for a night or two each time.
But this experience was different.
This time I went for a longer stay and was greeted by realising that the designated parking was shut off. When I reached the room, the personal locker was missing and midst the heat of Gurgaon, the AC was set to never go below 20°C and work with a low fan setting.
Despite the heat, I tried settling in.
The bathroom sink was cracked, the bedsheets were dirty and stained.
The pillow cover seemed very dirty too.
As the night approached and I tried to lay on the bed by putting a towel down first, they too were dirty with black smudges all over.
Just as sleep started creeping in, Power outages began.
Everything went dark multiple times during the night.
Somehow, I spent the night and realised I have to check out the next day.
I went down and contacted the reception before 10 AM, and tried to tell them of my problems.
I was told to directly contact booking.com, which I did and told about my grievances.
Booking.com executives confirmed to me that I would be refunded the amount I had paid for the remaining nights.
To cut a small charge is upto the property but I would receive the rest.
They sent an email to the property for the same.
The email was received by the property owner who took this as an offense to his ego, as to why I had complained to booking.com
Due to this, he blatantly told me that all the money paid for the remaining nights will not be returned whether I stay or not.
After a long quarell for this relentless bullying, I tried to explain them my situation and even agreed to get a hefty penalty, on the condition that the balance amount be returned.
After I threatened to expose them on booking.com and write a stern review, they agreed to charge me for another night but pay for the rest.
At check-out, they informed me that I will be sent the balance amount in 2 weeks.
Its been 5 and they have just blocked me now.
WHAT A SHAME, WHAT A SCAM.
DIRTY.
NOT MAINTAINED.
RUDE.
BULLYING.
LYING AND CHEATING OUT OF MONEY.
