Combo đặt phòng có bao gồm bữa sáng nhưng ks không chủ động thông báo về việc k bố trí ăn sáng; đến khi khách hỏi mới trả lời và giải quyết k thoả đáng; ks trả lời “ks bán bữa sáng 25k” khi đó suất ăn sáng bình dân ở Hạ Long 50k. Cuối cùng mình được thanh toán hoàn ăn sáng 25k/khách lưu trú.
Cheap and spacious
Location as 1 coffee shop close by and not much else
The place was good value, close the the beach, and clean.
In particular the receptionist Travis was lovely to deal with.
During the quiet period there is very little open, in addition the 'sound proofing' is awful. Also not a negative, but be aware that you will be expected to pay in cash for the hotel, no card payments, so ensure you have the relevant funds to hand.

Slow off season
We loved this hotel. Great value for money and the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Particularly Travis at reception :) he made our stay amazing and helped us book trips and even showed us amazing local food
The property was clean, you are able to check-in quite quickly with no real issues, the staff were friendly
There was quite a few noisy neighbors which You could hear easily in the hallway as the door doesn’t block out the noise well
It is a cheap stay
When we arrived to check in at 5.30pm, the room was not ready. Furthermore, on arrival we were asked to pay for our stay in cash with no prior notice or explanation. On further questioning, the lobby staff explained the card machine was broken and we should go to an ATM, but we explained this was difficult as there were not many around without international fees. The rest of the interaction we felt was very unclear and unprofessional as neither side knew how to manage the situation. This was made more difficult by the language barrier. Eventually we decided to shorten our stay from 4 nights to 2 and booked another hotel for the rest of our stay. The hotel offered to fix the card machine for checkout but it took a lot of time to finalise this and get it in writing.
On entering our rooms, we found no toilet paper in the room, stains on the sheets (some parts of which resembled mould) as well as hair in the shower drain.
