Pros:

Skvělý personál, který se snažil při půlnočním check-in vyřešit problém s nefunkční klimatizací. Pokoj měl vše, co jsme si objednali - lednici, klimatizaci, která se ve 3hod. ráno rozjela na požadovanou teplotu. Hotel téměř u pláže, ale moře při přílivu špinavé, až bahnité.

Cons:

Na pláži a v přilehlých restauracích byl velký problém s angličtinou (téměř žádní turisté).Pomohl až vietnamský překladač, což ale není problém samotného hotelu.

Ein außergewöhnlicher Service, herzliche Mitarbeiter und ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage und war überall sehr sauber.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der Service bereits bei unserer Ankunft. Hung kam sofort nach draußen, nahm uns freundlich das Gepäck ab und zeigte uns den Parkplatz. So einen aufmerksamen und herzlichen Empfang haben wir bisher noch in keinem Hotel erlebt.

Auch an der Rezeption wurden wir von Hue sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie war äußerst zuvorkommend, nahm sich Zeit für unsere Fragen und gab uns viele hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt.

Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für den hervorragenden Service. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!
