Clean and professional.
Pros:

Super clean +++ and incredible service! The lady at the front desk was super professional, very kind and sweet. We had AC and the water was hot in the shower! They gave us complementary water every day and the breakfast was great! The bed was comfy and the sheets were better than every other hotel we had been too!
They also arranged a driver for us to go to Ninh Bin and organised everthing.
I strongly recommend!
