Ha Long Essence Hotel exceeded all of our expectations
Pros:

What a beautiful stay we had at Ha Long Essence Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to organise trips and offer great recommendations. Our room was stunning, spotless, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay.
We were celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary, and the staff surprised us with a lovely thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special.
The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ha Long.

Skvělý personál, který se snažil při půlnočním check-in vyřešit problém s nefunkční klimatizací. Pokoj měl vše, co jsme si objednali - lednici, klimatizaci, která se ve 3hod. ráno rozjela na požadovanou teplotu. Hotel téměř u pláže, ale moře při přílivu špinavé, až bahnité.

Cons:

Na pláži a v přilehlých restauracích byl velký problém s angličtinou (téměř žádní turisté).Pomohl až vietnamský překladač, což ale není problém samotného hotelu.
