Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Es war akzeptabel ausgestattet.

Cons:

Da an meinem Zimmer große Büsche nahe an der Fensterfront stehen, in denen vermutlich genistet wird, flogen beständig Vögel gegen das Fenster. Da habe ich mich mehrfach gehörig erschrocken. Ich musste auch einige Käfer und Motten entfernen, da das Fenster bei meiner Ankunft gekippt war. Das Wasser morgens im Bad blieb unverhältnismäßig lange kalt. Die Matratze war viel zu weich. Das Wlan war viel zu langsam.
Auf meine Reklamation wurde zwar recht verständnisvoll reagiert, eine (Teil-)Erstattung dennoch abgelehnt. Man könne nichts „für die Natur und das Leben da draußen“. Eigenartig, denn vergleichbares habe ich bisher in keinem Hotel in diesem Maß erlebt. Vielleicht hatte ich auch einfach Pech und ein anderes Zimmer hat diese ganzen Probleme nicht. Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Hamburg woanders buchen.

Perfekt für den kurzen Aufenthalt
