Staff were amazing and room and breakfast superb
A little bit hard to find the room in the very attractive surroundings of the campus
No aircon. The Google profile clearly states aircon, but actually only 50% of the rooms have aircon. Staff even apologised as they said “it happens all the time, we’ve asked to have the description updated, but it still is wrong”. So we had no aircon, a window that opens 8 inches and a room that was hotter than the outside 34°C. Not nice.
Peaceful grounds. Good location. Staff were lovely.
Nothing. All great
Peaceful,good food,lovely staff,all excellent.

Breakfast was Ab Fab and staff were superb. Great choice of food and fully aware of Allergen options. Breakfast area was spacious and loads of room to sit. Room was clean comfortable and spacious and generally quite cool bearing in mind the weather. The grounds of the hotel are superb and they have a bar with local beers and bar food. The hotel is close to the local Hinxton Village which has a good pub the Red Lion good beers and great food.
Unfortunately the room doors slam quite hard and loud so from 07.30 onwards we could hear people going for breakfast. we stayed in Willow block. Other then that no issues.
The location is excellent and so quiet. Room was very well air conditioned and very clean.
Breakfast was excellent well cooked and choice was good too. Plenty of staff on hand in the Dining Room.
Nothing at all!
Lovely location, beautiful surroundings, my grandson enjoyed exploring. Staff very friendly and polite x
The closeness to Duxford. The peace and quiet
The bed was not good for a disabled person too soft, the door was hard to get in how a disabled person in a wheelchair on there own would manage i don't know. The room wad so cold, we didn't stop for breakfast so can't tell you how it was.. very expensive for what it is.
Beautiful setting! Gardens were lovely to walk around. Staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in the room was very much appreciated after a warm day out at Duxford air show!
It was in nice surroundings
Getting in and out with the barriers was a bit of a pain
Beautiful place to stay. Wonderful grounds
Lovely staff. Good sized rooms. Good value bar. Free parking. Peaceful location with interesting history. Nice grounds.
The WIFI was tricky to use, you have to log in each time you want to use it.
Great, lovely staff!
Everything was great

Lenzuola sporche e colazione scadente
The location of the hotel and surroundings were beautiful. Be aware it is predominantly a conference centre open during the week and I am sure for that the facilities are excellent. The cleanliness of the room and hotel were excellent. The limited food available (which we were made aware of before our stay) was excellent. Breakfast was freshly cooked and excellent. As the hotel was so quiet over the weekend, the Chef was the only one in the restaurant and he was very kind and attentive. The barman on the evening of our stay was pleasant and as helpful as can be.
The staffing over the weekend is minimal with nobody in authority available to sort out any issues. There was a fault on the fire alarm bleeping loudly in the building where we were staying. We were very disappointed that we had not been assigned a garden view room as requested (and confirmed) instead we were on an upper floor with a view only of a concrete balcony. The 2 staff on site did not have authority to change us to another room. They showed us one other but this was an accessible room which was not suitable because we couldn't get in the shower for positioning of the chair. We were advised to speak to reception in the morning, but this was pointless as we were only booked for the one night. Security did come out to turn the alarm off after we'd reported it.
