Breakfast was amazing, grounds were lovely, we saw deer wander through early am.
We arrived late evening in the dark and struggled to find accommodation block but the night staff were very helpful. No kettle/cups etc on display in room so assumed not available but our travelling companions found a kettle etc in a cupboard.
The room was very well planned. Good wardrobe space desk space and shelves
I couldn’t leave the bathroom door open as it closed automatically.
Had bar food burger which was ample and nice quality.brekfast was a easy laid back affair buffet style with well cooked hot food,cereals,pastries etc etc loads of room in servery and restaurant so did not feel rushed or crammed in.Staff were brilliant, reception sorted out room key which had not worked and I was well impressed the lady remembered my name 15 mins later when popped back in to say thankyou and confirm key now worked!! Set up flavour of the stay very well centre has extensive grounds and sitting areas about d so plenty for all.fsb stay and ideal for Duxford

Flushing mechanism on toilet broke during my stay.
Room was generally super silent (probably because there were not that many guests on my floor) but otherwise I heard every door opening/closing on the corridor - sound insulation between room and the corridor was minimal.
Excellent location, rooms clean and grounds spectacular.
No sound proofing, interconnecting door ? And poor sound proofing.
An unusual venue but absolutely superb!!
Super room, excellent grounds, fantastic staff. The breakfast was terrific and included in the room rate.

The whole place is beautiful and the room was very clean and spacious. Shower power was nice and strong and easily regulated
The only downside was the absence of a full length mirror in the room (Willow Court, 234)

Within easy reach on the M11. Situated within lovely grounds. Good sized room with comfortable bed, decent pillows and coffee making facilities.

Sign posts giving direction especially with construction sites and security barriers. Entrance not obvious at all compared with other venues I have stayed at.

Extremely convenient to our destination (Audley End House). It is so close to main roads yet quiet and peaceful and surrounded by mature trees. The breakfast gave a good variety of choices. The bar was comfortable and welcoming for evening drinks.
Although the snack menu for evening was adequate, we did believe that a full meal would be available, however it wasn't a big deal as there were many local options available. Greater clarity before arrival would have been useful.
Also, we needed disabled parking parking, and although that was very convenient for the building we were staying in, it wasn't clear that we could drive straight up to the reception and we had a difficult walk through from the car park we were initially directed to.
