Amazing location, friendly staff, clean facilities.
Pros:

Very helpful staff. Very clean room

Cons:

Mattress was very soft and well used. I arrived at night and walking in the dark the signposts to reception and my room from car park D was very poor. I had to ask a random person for directions. Also reception admitted that people get lost when arriving at night time.

Great stay, and I will definitely return.
Pros:

The location was excellent, service at the bar was exemplary. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the lady who served me, but she was polite, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The WiFi instructions could be a little clearer to confirm that you need to verify connection via email.

Cons:

The bathroom was clean, but not spotless. and the building with the rooms (Mulberry) could do with a vending machine to provide water, juice and snacks.

thumbs up
Pros:

excellent breakfast . Facilities great Location good but taxi service from train service unpredictable. The free shuttle back on the last morning was excellent

Cons:

My room was not as clean as it could have been. The coffee cups/spoons and toilet bowl upon arrival needed a clean. Service daily was very good

Staff were amazing, rooms comfortable and very clean.
Pros:

Breakast and my mums disabled room was more like a suite!

Cons:

Once on the property, signs for the hotel were non existent and it meant driving up and down the road, and asking the receptionist twice.
