Pros:

O Recepcionista Rogério, que estreava no posto e foi muito educado, nao encontrava minha reserva paga e que incluía um apartamento de luxo com vista para o jardim. Apos longas tratativas com a Sra. Abigail me foi dado um quarto com vista par a a rua e que nao pode ser considerado " de luxo". Como as tratativas para resolver a questão demoravam demasiado, sai para jantar na esperança de que, ao retornar, o assinto estivesse resolvido. Nada disso aconteceu: descobri que há apenas um quarto com vista para o pátio de estacionamento, e já estava ocupado. Como Cortesia me Foi oferecido o café da manhã, algo que eu já havia pago. Vale dizer que o café da manhã servido não vale os R$20,00 cobrados. Ao sair do hotel perguntei à recepcionista como seria aberto portão do estacionamento- relativamente distante da recepção- e ela informou que abriria automaticamente. Fui para o carro e isso que aconteceu. Apos uns cinco minutos Liguei para a Recepcao, ninguém atendeu e tive que ir pessoalmente até lá e descobrir não havia ninguy ali. Uma experiência que me impede de recomendar p hotel para quem quer que seja.

Pros:

Hotel muito acochegante, funcionarios simples e muito respetiosos fazendo o ambiente muito bom.
Café da manhã muito bom, com variedades e bem servido.
Quarto bom, banheiro bom.

Experiência terrível!!
Pros:

Foi terrível, chegamos para fazer o check in e nos disseram que nossa reserva tinha sido cancelada, que já haviam devolvido o dinheiro e que não tinha mais quartos disponíveis.

Não aceitei e fiz eles darem um jeito pois nossa reserva tinha sido feita a mais de quinze dias e ninguém entrou em contato conosco sobre esse cancelamento e não haviam devolvido o valor pago, conforme o recepcionista informou.

Experiência horrível! Jamais volto lá.
