Not at all customer friendly, the person at front desk was not customer friendly, i wanted to go a place so i asked him if he can help me book cab or auto he did but he was overcharging for same, i booked auto by my self which was economical the reason which i undertood i negotiated with him as he was overcharging and he didnt get comission much so he didnt help so i managed myself, i asked him for courier service and bag repair which he said i dont know for every Query his answer was negative and no, i am also from Hospitality industry worked previously in front desk as well i can very sure say its not worth staying here, and i have worked with sevral hotels in my life till date , this is selfish mean minded behaviour too bad
, what do you mean by hotel? A home away from home where you feel comfortable but this no way comfortable, Hospotality not at all, only thing i liked he allowed early check in and check out at 11.30 rest not at all good, i strongly dont recommend this hotel to anyone, its a big No rest if you guys wana take a chance experiment please go ahead.

Decent for overnight stay
Pros:

Located away from the hustle and noise but still close enough to attractioms

Cons:

Wifi was spotty. Cleanliness could be better. Construction going on at site.

Pros:

Anyone who is travelling with a pet this is a great place, you pet can freely roam around the staff is friendly and chill with the pets as well. Plus there a great waling distance authentic Italian restaurant that has great food and amazing tiramisu

Pros:

Nice breakfast, nice soup for dinner. Location is nice, it's away from the rigamarole of the city. The staff is courteous. They arranged for my airport drop too.

Cons:

The phone in the room wasnt working and I was not able to order room service without stepping out. I did complain about it, but it appears that they were not able to fix it.
