Cons:

On 22 September, I noticed that some coffee had been spilled in the lift. I left the hotel at 3:00 PM and returned at 9:30 PM, but the spill had still not been cleaned up. It was disappointing to see that it had remained uncleaned for several hours.

Loved that they provided daily amenities in a bag. It felt like receiving a little gift every day.

OTO lounge is free to use before check-in and after check-out.

Cons:

I hope they will consider providing a shuttle service between Okazaki New Grand Hotel and Grand Inn Higashi-Okazaki for hotel guests.

I stayed at both hotels during my time in Okazaki because some dates were fully booked. Although the hotels are only a 10–15-minute walk apart, travelling between them with two large suitcases can be quite challenging.

離車站真的很近很方便

Cons:

浴室是以遮簾分隔乾濕，遮簾沾了水後有味道，也看得出來長期很濕的地方顏色不同，似乎是布料發霉
