Pros:

Convenient location from Meitetsu Higashi Okazaki station. Sadly area and station under reconstruction all the old shops and eateries are gone.

Cons:

Building is built with virtually no views of the river or Okazaki castle and garden. Disappointed at the slit window of my room “facing the river.”
Too busy for breakfast. Hot water kettle and nice refrig in room.
