Pros:

Big room. Good value for money.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was not what I expected. Very, very basic. Fortunately, I'm not a big morning eater.
But at least upon request I got a nice capuccino.

В первую очередь отношение персонала, решали все возникающие вопросы, порекомендовали и забронировали хороший ресторан и трансфер.

Cons:

Сантехника была в плачевном состоянии. Завтрак был обильный, но не совсем свежий, кофе растворимый. Надеюсь, это все из-за текущего ремонта.

Lavori in corso ad altri piani anche durante la sera dopo le 9
Sono mancato per alpinismo 2 notti e non c’è stato modo di venire incontro per un rimborso.
Ho chiesto il caffè al posto del te al mattino ma assolutamente no.

Most “modern” looking hotel in Karakol, but that’s not saying much
Pros:

The front desk ladies were friendly and they let us keep our luggage in the lobby while we went on a horse ride.

Cons:

They could not accept a US credit card that works everywhere else in Kyrgyzstan and told me to go to atm to get cash (even though I wrote beforehand to inquire specifically about paying with credit card and they said it was fine). Breakfast is until 10 am but we got there at 9:20 am and it was decimated. Everything gone or cold. So go to breakfast before 9 am I guess.

Ощущение, что нас ждали всю жизнь близкие друзья. Хорошие завтраки, большие номера не первой свежести, но это и не Куршавель. Хотелось бы лучшей уборки номеров, но это, если придерживаться. Тепло, вкусно, уютно

В номере мебель вся ободранная, сан узел это отдельная тема. Очень недоволен, однозначно не рекомендую!!!!!

Замените подушки, они не удобные. Ванна для чего тоже не понятно, замените на душевые обычные.

Отличный завтрак. Просторные номера. Все вопросы быстро решались приветливыми сотрудниками отеля. Великолепное расоложение отеля. За отдельную плату можно посетить сайну. Есть место для хранения лыж.

Cons:

Было бы хорошо включать в стоимость свежесваренный кофе. В стоимость входит только растворимый кофе.
Относительно номеров - очень мало розеток. На телевизор и холодильник всего одна розетка. Телефон есть, но он был не подключен, даже отсутствовал провод для его подключения. Хорошо было бы сделать розетки у прикроватных тумбочек, отверствие для них там даже сделано, а самих розеток нет.
И нужно заменить полотенца - часть были с дырками.
