Good place to stay
Pros:

Staff is friendly. Especially the girl I met first day was very cooperative, friendly and supportive
She is very intelligent and slundersrand problems and solve problems quickly

Pros:

I loved the modern style of the room I stayed in. Comfortable, minimalist. I changed to a room with a better view though. The cleaning lady was super friendly and helpful, air-conditioning wasn't really needed because of the central heating.

Cons:

The thick carpet in the hallway 😔. Coming out of the elevator, at least on the floor I stayed, the carpet looks downright dirty and off-putting. Once in my room, the floors are good. Not carpet. I opted non-smoking, but strong smell of smoke in my room. After I opened the window it was much better.
