Cons:

На 7-м этаже при принятии душа, постоянно меняется температура воды. Не критично, но иногда становится резко горячей. И напор постоянно меняется, как-будто стоит насос и постоянно включается и выключается. Но в целом это мелочи.
Подушки мягкие, хотя бы одну плотную перьевую положили)
