very cheap at a good location but bad service
Pros:

Location is good for walkers, it is literally on the riverside where you can take nice walks during the day and at evenings. The entrance is a pizza restaurant and you can eat there without a fuss and there are 2 more neighbouring restaurants to the hotel, one being a live music place at late evenings where you can have some drinks to relax.

Cons:

The restaurant at the entrance causes some noise due to its guests till 23.00.

There is no proper 24 hours reception or room service. When I arrived early in the morning after a long long night of travelling tired as hell, at the entrance was only a security guy who was sleeping on the couch. I woke him up, he told me there is nobody around to give me a room and told me to come back 09.00 when staff arrive. I got out, I called the number I see on booking.com, she told me go back and find the security guy. I went back to the hotel but this time the door was locked, security guy had locked it after me and had gone back to his sleep. I did ring the bell, the security guy came, I gave the phone to him, they talked on the phone a bit then security guy went and found a key for me. I went up to the room, started to unpack my suitcase. After a while, the security guy came again and told me he gave me the wrong room and I need to relocate to another one...

The rooms are very basic, not very clean, old. There is no daily housekeeping, I stayed there 3 nights 4 days, never had any housekeeping. No water, tea or coffee available in the rooms. There is a small market nearby where you can supply yourself. Room has a minifridge to keep the drinks you buy cool.

But yes, it is dead cheap. Still, I would recommend you to look for the hotels in Zhilgorodok region of the city if you are looking for smth this cheap. They are just a tad more expensive but they are proper hotels with reception and housekeeping, at least.

Второй раз точно не вернусь, полное разочарование.
Pros:

Завтрак бутерброд который готовишь себе сам из колбасы и сыра. Есть отварное яйцо, йогурт ну из вкусного завтрак а все.

Cons:

Готовят пиццу в основном на доставку и можно поесть на месте. Пицца вкусная. В номерах запахи канализации и перед входом на улице тоже, свет тусклый в номерах, полотенца это мрак серого цвета что использовать неприятно. Шумоизоляция никакая, душевые ужасные нет шампуня ,гель в пакетике в дозаторе нет мыла. Не понимаю Отзывы положительные ,возможно было когда то хорошо или просто накрученные. Это не то что в описании ,так что будьте аккуратны .

Уютно!!
Pros:

Гостеприимство и уют, вот главные особенности этого гостевого дома. Очень понравилось. Тишина улицы и близость к набережной. Красивые и уютные номера полностью соответствуют фотографиям
