Everything was good.

Cons:

Everything was fine with the staff at first. I asked them if I could extend my check-out until 6 PM and leave my belongings in the room until then without any additional payment. They agreed to this.

However, at the end, they suddenly asked me to pay for 12 hours. The administrator also used insulting and disrespectful language towards me. She completely lost her temper and was calling me “tupoy” (stupid) on the phone, apparently thinking that I would not understand Russian.

I was honestly shocked by the way I was treated. I refused to make the additional payment because I had specifically asked for my belongings to remain in the room until 6 PM without any extra charge, and they had agreed to it.

Now they are claiming that because my belongings stayed in the room for 6 hours, I have to pay for 12 hours. This makes absolutely no sense to me.)))
