-Недалеко от ЖД вокзала,в тихом спокойном месте
-В номере есть все необходимое(включая холодильник, кондиционер и телевизор)
Есть также халат,тапочки и чайник
-В номере достаточно тепло
-Для курильщиков есть балкон на этаже
-В отеле есть сауна(стоимость 6000 тенге час)
-Вместо семейного номера,который предложил за ту же сумму букинг и был забронирован мною,поселили в стандартном номере
-Уборка в номере не проводилась совсем
-Очень тонкая струйка воды в душе,чтобы помыться нужно тратить много время и нервов(был вызван сантехник,который сказал,что такой и должен быть напор и сильнее не будет)
-Не было стаканов и ложек в номере
-На улице у отеля ведется ремонт,укладка плитки,оттого довольно пыльно

Персонал никакой! Обращался с просьбой, не понимают что надо... Жил 2 дня. Выхожу на второй день и мне говорят , вы не оплатили за второй день!!! Что??? Я им, вы в своем уме???!!!
Мусор и номер ниразу не убирали . Нет слов.
It was clean
The area is very sketchy, the rooms are above a bar and seems to be where drunk couples come to end the night. As I was coming back and forth from my room to load my motorbike at 5am, the cleaner was castigating me for not yet returning the key. I had not yet finished in the room and there were many hours yet before checkout. The manager also asked me for the key, again I made it known I was not finished. Then a couple arrived and the man started complaining that he wanted my room and could I be quicker to load and leave. All this did was slow me down and anger me. The people here never smiled once no matter how courteous or considerate I tried to be, always showing a smile as I did so. Really miserable.
It's a nice hotel close to the trains station. Perfect for every traveler coming late to the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable and big. You have a extra cattle to boil water. Nearby are big and small markets and a very big and interesting marketplace opposite to the train station. The price is good. It's not close to a big street so no noise from there.
If you want to visit the center of the city this hotel is far away. We could hear the people in the other room talking loud.
The staff were very welcoming, polite and friendly. They were always ready to help us and provided us with some kitchenware.
The bed was very big and comfortable, and the room was nice and clean. There was a stable supply of hot water in the shower.
We had some very loud and rowdy neighbours next door. The location was quite far away from the city centre, but close to the railway station and some big supermarkets. There's also a nice cafe called Tagam nearby.
