The staff are polite.
The facility lacks a lift, which is crucial for patients. Stair access poses significant challenges for them.
This was a very comfortable budget hotel next to Subhash Sarovar. The rooms were large and airy. The owner, Mr Deepak and the staff were very friendly. The location was very safe, right in the midst of a residential colony. There was easy access to all of Kolkata via Metro, the station being a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Facilities for in-house dining was available. Mr Deepak and his team were always accessible for communication via booking.com prior to the travel and telephonically subsequently.

Room size is spacious.
They don't provide sealed water bottles in room rent, not good arrangement of tea and breakfast. If you ask for paid tea, they will take about one hour after repeated reminders or refuse. There is a lot of problem regarding food and tea, coffee here.

Room was pretty good. The staffs were friendly and helpful.
Facilities not worth the money, breakfast in booking.com was mentioned as included in the package but it was told that it needs to be paid separately in hotel. Overall not at all worth for Rs 2500+
The owner of the property is very cordial and helpful. Staff also carry good attitude and behavior. They don't have restaurant but will get from a nearby restaurant after 8:30 AM. They have cooler to get some cold water/ cola etc. No lift available - please be mindful if traveling with aged people.
Curtains were dirty and the towels need replacement - building might need a re-paint etc. There is no noise insulation.

Location, staff, room everything was good.
The room we stayed in, had AC just above the head end of the bed, it was either causing too much cold, or it became too hot. We were very uncomfortable throughout the night as we could not have a proper temperature in the room.

The home turned to 'hotel' property is just 10 min walking distance from Apollo hospital and that is why we choose it and met our expectations. Metro in front of the hospital and easy access to other mode of transports. Situated in a quiet area and big bonus is the lake & park just next to the hotel. Do have a small facility to provide basic breakfast served to room.
Does not have lift, so you may have to carry your bags upstirs if staffs are not around. And if you have patient with limited ability. Bathroom could have been cleaner and better shower water flow. For the value and location this is what expected and I would say it is on par.
