Pleasant experience
Pros:

I have been staying at this place for several years, first when they had to inhouse arrangement for breakfast and called the food from outside.
I like the place for its cleanliness, all basic facilities in place, helpful staff and its location ofcourse.
One suggestion. The coupon the reception issues to the guest for complimentary breakfast along with a bottle of packed water can be avoided. It feels less like a hotel amd more like hostel mess. Management may find out some other option to avoid this.

Wonderful and full value for money
Pros:

Location wise it's centrally located and easily accessible through even local bus. Staff was very warm. The hotel was very clean. You could see one person or the other always cleaning. Breakfast served was delicious.

Cons:

Both the days same menu was there. it would be better if some change is made daily. Height of the commode is an issue but I don't think anything can be done now.

Cons:

Mismanagement during breakfast time. I had an early check out. However, I couldn't have breakfast as the dining hall was overcrowded and poorly managed .

Good location, very neat and hygienic conditions maintained inside the hotel rooms, alleyways and in restaurent. Excellent food prepared on demand as per the choice. Very polite, obidient and cooperative staffs members. Would like to visit again if required.
