Super nice customer service, so very friendly. Great location near super good restaurants!
Pros:

It was very nice. The customer service was excellent! Really clean, adequate towels. Liked it so much we added an extra day in Bacalar.

Cons:

I didn’t like the key/lock situation. It was a little tricky to get into the room but it was very secure!

Chambre grande avec mini frigo, clim et ventilateur parfait !

Cons:

Il était recommandé de fermer la porte principale du bâtiment à clef le soir, donc niveau évacuation en cas d'incendie c'est assez étonnant.
Nous ne nous sommes toutefois jamais senti en insécurité.

5 obiektów na Jukatanie - ten najlepszy!
Pros:

Czysty, zadbany, przyjemny i ładny. Dostaliśmy wszystko czego potrzeba. Nie ma aneksu - szkoda, ale to nie była niespodzianka, o której nie wiedzielibyśmy. To jest hotel w którym odbywa się sprzątanie a standard na prawdę istnieje! Podróżowaliśmy tanio po Meksyku, ten był najlepszy ze wszystkich 5ciu. Rodzina 2+1

Cons:

Jedyne co może być niedogodnością to zbyt mało prywatności. Mało tylko dlatego, że drzwi są połączone z olbrzymią witryna, która niesie różne dźwięki.

Ruime kamer met koelkastje. Het was er schoon en je hebt een airco plus ventilator. Ook heeft het hotel een eigen parkeerplaats en is de locatie perfect om naar restaurantjes in het centrum te lopen. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is erg goed.

Het hotel is wel wat gehorig.

A gusto!!
Pros:

Frente al hotel hay un restaurant bar y toca grupo en vivo, las camas son cómodas, en el baño hay shamphoo y funciona bien la regadera, tiene aire acondicionado me encantó, ventilador.

Cons:

Falta más iluminación en las calles, las habitaciones están en segundo piso y yo iba con mi abuelita así que no podía subir y bajar mucho, el parking está bien aunque esta a lado del hotel y no hay vigilancia pero si hay luz.
