Pho Bo (beef soup) for breakfast is really tough for foreigners :-)
Great place with friendly people and amazing facilities! Had a perfect workout in their huge gym then a refreshing dip in the big pool! Breakfast was delicious and their espresso was creamy and nice!
Comfortable bed and clean room
Breakfast is not at the property but up the road and given a voucher. On arrival I asked if I could get some lunch/dinner but I was given directions to a cafe 3 km away as apparently they don’t do food. I went to the pool but was told there it is seperate and was extra, as was the gym.
Really disappointed as all I wanted after a full day on a motorbike was to lay in a pool and eat food but not an option. When I went to get breakfast up the road I was told by a cleaner that it was not open until later. So I missed out as I needed to be on the road before 7. Very poor communication by staff and no in room information. The entire town of Kon Tum didn’t seem to like tourists one bit as the 4-5 places I went to were not nice and helpful as everyone else in Vietnam are.

I booked the hotel solely on the fact it had a pool, when I say there was thousands of dead bug’s floating on the surface it was gross. Obviously for some reasons the pumps had been turned off . I’m

The location is easy to find, the room is comfy with basic facilities. Good breakfast and friendly staff.
The new staff was a bit confused. We had to change rooms three times. First time the staff showed us one by mistake, then asked us to change later but the second one wasn't good, the lights were too dim, loud noise from the AC. The third one was okay. The rules of the hotel are a bit odd. 10 rules equal with 10 fine you might have to pay extra. If you come early they ask you to pay extra (40k/hr) if you want to use the room. It feels like you have to pay for everything even the smallest one and you will be very cautious while staying, not comfortable as it should be. The motorbike the hotel rent us wasn't good and we had to change to the second one for the better use.
