Pros:

The exceptional people, their kindness and level of service. The bed was comfy, shower was hot with good flow, pool was well maintained. Views from the roof were great for whale watching.

Cons:

Everything was just right for me, although I would categorize this as a basic, 2-star hotel.

Cons:

We stayed in Apt Luna and found the scented soap smells from the commercial laundry they run by this unit overwhelming. If you are sensitive book one of the other units.

Wonderful staff, relaxing, near the beach and restaurants great pool. Weather was good too

We had a three bedroom on the 2bd floor. We had a beautiful view. The accommodations were very spacious and everything we needed. We were the only people at the hotel. It was like having a private villa without the cost. We will definitely go back.

Cons:

We are not fancy people. We like Mexico and the Mexican people and houses. We own a house in Bucerias . This was great. Sorry there is no bad for us.

All was good, we loved swimming and sitting by the pool.
Pros:

The pool was fabulous, staff was great, including Pancho, the visiting cat!

Cons:

Bedroom was small, hard to close door.

Lovely family gathering at the beach. Suite works well for spending time together
Pros:

Location was close to town center, grounds are beautifully maintained. Enjoyed cooking at the grill and using the pool
Love that large water vessels are used rather than little plastic bottles

Cons:

Could use an easier system for communicating about what’s needed in ur room like sweeping the sand out, in case Lucia isn’t visible.
Could have a few more kitchen things especially a salad bowl and a couple of sharper knives

With a few changes, the property can improve.
Pros:

We like the cleanliness and that it has a pool. We also like that it is dog friendly. The AC works well, although the swing function didn’t work.

Cons:

The water in the shower wasn’t hot. The mattress and pillows were too firm. The check out is too early and check in is too late.

Location was fine. Casa is in dire need of some attention. Wearing and tear is showing...had no chance to use pool as pool was taken over by. Children of renters below.
