Zimmer eiskalt
Cons:

bei Minusgraden war das Zimmer nicht vorgeheizt und komplett ausgekühlt. Nachdem die Heizung 2 Stunden auf 5 aufgedreht war, war es noch immer eiskalt. Bin dann wieder abgereist, es wäre nicht möglich gewesen da zu bleiben. Heizung wurde auch nicht wirklich heiß. Schade, weil es sonst ein nettes Hotel ist!

War für unser Weihnachts- und Konzertwochenende perfekt. Haben zudem sehr gut zu Abend gegessen.
Pros:

Gute Unterkunft mit überragender Gastro. Bushaltestelle fast gegenüber. Sehr gutes Quartier für Städtereise Bamberg.

Cons:

Für uns hat alles gepasst :-)

Mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Super nettes Personal.
Pros:

Mit dem Auto ist es sehr bequem dort zu übernachten. Ein Bus fährt auch regelmäßig in die Innenstadt zum ZOB. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und es war einfach aber geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Das Personal war supernett und hilfsbereit. Im dazugehörigen Lokal kann man sehr gut essen.

No repetiría....mala experiencia.
Pros:

El tamaño de la habitación.Nada muyyyy malaaa experiencia.

Cons:

Lo desagradable que fue el señor de recepción que decía que no teníamos habitación cuándo ya estaba pagada a Booking. Sonó una alarma de incendios ya que hay un restaurante abajo de las habitaciones y produjo mucho humo. No sabían desactivarla y duró unos veinte minutos...nos despertó.

Stay away from here if you prefer a relaxed stay!
Pros:

Bamberg itself, not the hotel.

Cons:

At first glance, the building looked fine from the outside and its location seemed really good. Upon entering, unfortunately, cheap solutions became immediately apparent. The reception and the restaurant both were run by the same two visibly overworked employees. After checking in, for the first time in my life, arrived into a room that had not yet been made. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, he gave me the keys of another room without the slightest sign of remorse, almost indignantly. To my utmost surprise, this room had not yet been cleaned either. At this point, I really would have preferred to leave, except that I had just driven over 700+ km to get here. Lucky enough for me, the third room was finally more or less clean. Understandably, I was very disappointed, but the stunning beauty of Bamberg made up for my disappointment the next day. Don't get me wrong, I perfectly understand that mistakes can happen anywhere, the question always remains how we try to remedy them. The attitude I experienced here is totally unacceptable.

Pros:

Ruhige Zimmer

Cons:

Haare in der Dusche. Leisten waren mit Staub bedeckt.
Personal hat wenig informiert gewirkt. Es wurden keine Informationen zu Check-out etc. gegeben sondern nur der Schlüssel ausgehändigt. Begrüßung wie üblich im Hotel (herzlich willkommen etc. entfiel)
