очень приятное место на краю огромного леса
Pros:

Чисто, прекрасная сантехника, большой балкон с видом на лес и инжирным деревом, защищающим от солнца (балкон общий на два соседних номера), все розетки работают, бельё свежее, в ванной всё есть, кондиционер работает хорошо. До 3-4 супермаркетов и магазинчика белорусских товаров около 5 минут, до столовой Male — 7 минут. до леса 1 минута, там начинаются тропинки в заповедник Сатаплия, очень удобно.
Улица тупиковая, вокруг лес и огороды, ночью тихо.

Cons:

чуть-чуть тесновато: по размерам я бы сказал что это комната на 1-3 человек, в которую зачем-то впихнули ещё одну кровать. шкафов или вешалок нет, дверь могла бы быть поплотнее. столик только стеклянный кофейный, с ноутбуком я один еле на нём поместился. на балконе есть стол побольше, но было +38 по Цельсию и я не рискнул.
в целом несмотря на эти мелочи я всё равно планирую останавливаться там в будущем, очень приятное место.

A lovely place in Kutaisi that offers a unique experience, different from regular hotels, and a chance to see and enjoy
Pros:

The hosts were very kind, friendly, and helpful, and I was happy staying with them. The place was also clean and exactly as shown in the pictures.

Cons:

I only wished it had a bidet shower (handheld spray in the bathroom that Arabs usually rely on for cleaning).

Чудесный отель, жемчужина в Кутаиси, внутри очень чисто, красиво, есть кондиционер, вайфай, кухня, хозяева очень приветливые. Все отлично.

Оплата наличными, в городе много обменников, в целом, в городе все за наличные.

Стабильность - признак класса!
Pros:

Мы были очень рады, когда увидели, что можем вновь остановиться в Hotel Good Luck. Ещё больше мы обрадовались, когда увидели наши фотографии и отзыв от 2023 года на первом месте по сортировке «Наиболее подходящие»! 2 года назад было всего 42 отзыва, а сейчас их 249, и мы надеемся, что наш отзыв многим помог сделать правильный выбор и оставить в памяти приятное впечатление от посещения Кутаиси, ведь количество отзывов и их высокие оценки говорят сами за себя!

Cons:

Прочитали негативные отзывы Екатерины и Анастасии из Израиля и немного удивлены написанному, так как у нас сложилось абсолютно противоположное мнение об этом месте! Ещё одно замечание - для русскоязычных гостей вопросы лучше решать с хозяином, он очень хорошо говорит на русском языке. У нас была проблема с машиной и через его жену мы получили адрес сервиса, куда лучше всего было обратиться. Но, к сожалению, мы опять так очно и не познакомились с Георгием! Надеемся, что в следующий раз мы обязательно встретимся!

We enjoy our stay.

The rooms, bathroom and bed were comfortable and clean. The bus top and grocery shop were 5 min walk.

The electricity went off for almost 7 hours the wifi also went out, the bed was dirty and old, there's bugs and a gecko in the balcony, the smell was so badddd and disgusting and it's a family apartment and they were so annoying and nosy everytime we wanted to go out they came in and turn off the lights, very low privacy and the place was kinda into the middle of nothing, I hated it

Le logement était propre, nous y avons passé 2 nuits pour visiter Kutaisi, la 1er nuit nous sommes arrivés au milieu de la nuit, il y avait une personne pour nous accueillir.
