Hôtel fonctionnel
Pros:

J’ai trouvé que le prix de l’hôtel était convenable et il était plutôt fonctionnel et très propre.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié, le petit déjeuner, les plats proposés n’étaient pas bons, et cela n’était pas sous la forme d’un buffet.

NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL

The ladies serving breakfast were very kind

Unfortunately, this is not a true 4 star hotel. It simply does not meet the standards you would expect.
The staff's English is very poor. The young man at reception could barely understand what I was saying, which made communication difficult.

But the most disappointing part was the room…
There was no light switch near the bed, no phone to contact reception, no table in the room, and the bathroom was extremely small. The walls were dirty, the bedside lamp didn't work, and so many noise. On top of that, the bed had only a single sheet, so when you turn you are left with the mattress.

Overall, the hotel has a lot of room for improvement. The breakfast staff deserve recognition, but the facilities and service fall well below what should be expected from a 4 star hotel.

Nice cozy place.
Pros:

Location is good 5 min walk to centre. Riverside as the name suggests has beautiful view only if you opt for those rooms otherwise not. Attendant boy was helpful and responsive to our needs. Lady at breakfast was very friendly provided us baby chair that was helpful. Satiating breakfast. Overall satisfied with the stay.

Cons:

Just the rooms were small but good for two people.

Los dueños muy acogedores con vistas al río y un desayuno espectacular .

Muy bien ubicado . Cerca del Río y muy céntrico , con una habitación familiar amplia.
