Это не 4*, а гостевой дом
Pros:

Из хорошего пешая доступность к центру (рядом река) и нормальный персонал, который пытается реагировать на жалобы, хоть и с опозданием. Завтрак номальный, но абсолютно одинаковый каждый день (яичница, свиные сосиски, огурцы/помидоры, тосты).

Cons:

Отель абсолютно не соответствует заявленным 4 звездам. В лучшем случае — это уставший гостевой дом 3* с натяжкой. Если бы честно писали об этом, было бы нормально.
​Обман с размером номера: В бронировании указано 20 m^2, по факту комната от силы 12 m^2 — чемодан буквально негде поставить.
​Обман с кроватями: Вместо заявленной двуспальной (Double) кровати — две сдвинутые односпальные. Но главное — вместо полноценного спального места для ребенка нам предоставили старую раскладушку с выпирающим железным штырем посередине! Из-за этого три дня нормального сна были невозможны.
​Абсолютная слышимость: Стены из «картона». Слышно всю сантехнику соседей, а прямо под окном круглосуточно гремит блок кондиционера из соседнего номера. Получили головную боль от жуткого недосыпа.
​Проблемы с душем: При заселении душ просто не работал. Починили только через день. Нормальной перегородки нет, при любом мытье заливает весь пол в санузле.
​Антисанитария: Простыни в дырах, за 3 дня их ни разу не поменяли.
​Отказ в возврате: Попросили отмену и возврат средств через 5 минут после заселения — администрация категорически отказала. Служба поддержки Booking никак не помогла.
Основной минус букингу, как сервис они подорвали мое доверие

Un très bon emplacement au calme pour visiter Koutaïssi
Pros:

Hotel au bord du fleuve et à quelques centaines de mètres du centre ville. Situation parfaite pour visiter Koutaïssi.
Un bon petit déjeuner et une ambiance familiale.

Cons:

Equipement assez rudimentaire mais rien à dire niveau rapport qualité prix

Es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer könnte für 2 Personen etwas größer sein. Es gibt zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten für Bekleidung u.a.

Pros:

The location is great. The staff is very kind and helpful. I was there for just one day. The breakfast was very delicious, clean breakfast area with a view directly on the river. It was great!

Cons:

The room was too dark!
There is no lift. It is not comfortable with bags.

The staff stole money from me while I was gone.
Cons:

I left approximately €100 in cash in a drawer under a bag of almonds. The money and the bag of almonds disappeared while I was gone. When I confronted the staff, they lied and said there was no money found, but confirmed they found the almonds. This sadly made our stay awful.

Pros:

Hotel z prawdziwą duszą. Takie miejsca pamięta się bardzo długo. Niesamowicie urokliwe miejsce. Widok na rzekę i góry- coś pięknego. Do tego miła obsługa z cudownym pieskiem oraz dobre śniadania.

More like a Three Seasons
Pros:

Around a 10 minute walk to the city centre

Cons:

It's not an actual four seasons. I'd say it's just a standard 3 star hotel - Our room did not have a view of the river.

Bathroom was easily flooded with shower running.
Breakfast wasn't a buffet but was table service - I had to leave as we had a taxi booked, but there was constantly more food being added to the table.

The food is delicious, the hotel is spotless, and the villa is absolutely incredible. I have no words to describe it. The location is perfect as well.
