Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen in Kutaisi. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen liebevoll zubereitet. Es gibt z.B. immer frisches Omelette, Pfannkuchen etc. Wir wurden gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis von einem Mitarbeiter des Hotels vom Flughafen abgeholt.
Die Zimmer sind auch super ausgestattet und haben eigentlich alles (bis auf einen Wasserkocher), was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Cons:

Es gab leider keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer.

Classy stay in good location
Pros:

Looked very classy. In a quiet neighborhood. The shower was very nice.

Cons:

No heater at all. We had to switch the AC on and keep it at 30degrees for warmth. If you have to make morning coffee you have to go to the kitchen. Breakfast was just ok, no meat served

Объект размещения не читается по картам

Cons:

Приезжали поздно вечером два раза крутились по указанному адресу отель не нашли, звонила с российского номера и с грузинского не дозвонились , в сообщениях спросили как найти нам кратко прислали адрес. Когда нам перезванивал отель мы уже нашли отель в той же локации . Жаль, что отель оказался не клиентоориентирован и списал оплату при отсутствии гостей между заказом номера и тем, что я написала о том, что не можем найти прошло не более часа

Pros:

After staying in this hotel, I can see why it's rated so highly. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was freshly prepared each morning. There's free on-street parking on the street outside the hotel although you might not get parking directly outside the hotel. There's a real character to the hotel.

Приятный персонал, напротив отеля отличный ресторанчик, чисто, не слышно соседей.

Cons:

Очень шумная дорога. Водители часто сигналят. 😖
Сложно поднять-спустить чемодан, очень крутая лестница.

Гостевой дом, не отель

Было тихо, так как в этом гостевом доме
все комнаты были свободны,удобный матрас, халат, чисто...

Cons:

Абсолютно не доброжелательный рецепционист, похоже, что явный русофоб, сухо встретил, дал ключ и указал на номер...вот такое у него "welcome to Georgia "....потом убеждал, что не знает русского, общался очень сухо на английском, но на второй день решил поинтересоваться на русском языке к какому времени утром готовить завтрак...Ситуация улыбнула :-) :-)
Самая приятная женщина, которая убирает номера. Хоть и не говорит по русски, но очень милая, добрая, старалась понять и помочь.
Я принципиально не осталась ещё на одну ночь, сняла другую гостиницу. Так что русским здесь не советую останавливаться, есть масса других отелей с лучшим отношением к русским туристам(например Memoire Kutaisi👍) Завтрак был тоже очень скудным .Так что твёрдая "3".
Совет: меняйте своё отношение к туристам, они вам приносят деньги и неважно из какой страны они приехали в Грузию.

Хорошее место на 1-2 ночи
Pros:

Чисто, удобная кровать, хороший напор горячей воды. Рядом с центром

Cons:

Напротив находится бар, откуда играла музыка часов до 11 вечера, из номера ее было слышно.
