Pros:

Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Kuitaisi, das letzte Mal im Grand Opera und das Hotel 1887 ist um einiges besser und dabei günstiger. Wir hatten ein richtig großes Zimmer inkl Schreibtisch und riesigem Balkon. Es gab sogar einen Fernseher mit Netflix und Youtube Zugang. Das Bett war richtig groß und sehr bequem. Alles sehr sauber, auch das Bad. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Das Personal ist nicht sehr freundlich.

Very nice old style boutique hotel, walking distance to the centre.
Pros:

Nice spacious rooms. Comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. Walking distance to the centre.

Cons:

Finding the entrance in the evening can be difficult, and you are immediately greeted with an old flight of stairs. No problem for me, but a heavy suitcase would be hard going.

Stanza pulita e con tutti i conforts delle strutture di pari categoria (tv, aria condizionata, frigo, acqua, etc)
Colazione preparata all'orario concordato: presente sia il salato che il dolce..e servita al tavolo

Cons:

Si tratta sempre di un piccolo hotel a carattere familiare, quindi se si cerca la hall dove attardarsi la sera o la mattina dopo colazione, beh, non è il posto giusto!
Rampa di scale da fare per raggiungere la struttura, senza ascensore! (se si è anziani o non in forma, non è il posto per voi).
Manca di insegna luminosa (si rischia, di sera, di passarci davanti e di non riconoscerlo). La strada...e la vista dalla finestra, bon è niente di che...ma siete a Kutaisi ! Non siete a NYC !

Fabelhaft
Pros:

Ich wurde sehr herzlich von 2 Damen begrüßt und mit Tee und Wassermelone versorgt, weil ich zu früh ankam und mein zimmer noch nicht fertig war. Man hat sich sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Lage auch sehr gut, man ist in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum.
