Just enough for 1 night transit
Pros:

Location, free shuttle 2 ways to Airport.
Small hotel, open airy lobby & generally clean

Cons:

This is not 5 stars property. I can tell only 3 stars.
It was short transit in BKK, for our next destination.
Deposit 1000 Baht in cash for 1 night
Be extra careful with bathroom , due to weird design the bathtub, It might dangerous with water & slippery floor .
Hallway looks gloomy & with dark color carpet. Hard mattress & cheap furniture in room.
Breakfast very limited choices

Pros:

The staff was very polite and helpful. A very good breakfast with plenty of options. Eating in the restaurant at night was good and convenient. Good portion sizes.

Cons:

The pool is smaller than advertised. They also show a fitness center pictures on the website. We were told that there is NO fitness center.

אחלה מלון לשהות של כמה שעות או לילה בנחיתה מהטיסה - שהינו זוג + 2 לכמה שעות והיה בסדר גמור , ארוחת בוקר טובה , חדר גדול וקרוב לסבן אילבן

Disappointed for the price I paid
Pros:

Clean, large room with ample space in the bathroom

Cons:

I wish they would provide 2 key cards. The room was very hot and the air conditioner took awhile to cool down the room. When leaving, the room was left without a key card in the room and so A/C was turned off when you removed the only key card.

Tub/ shower is not safe at all. For someone who has knee pain or balance issues, falls are bound to happen. There is no step stool to get in the shower which is also inside the tub. Water splashed everywhere. There was no curtain to keep water from splashing onto the floor. You could use towels provided to keep water from flowing down, but you would be left with no towel to dry off.

The elevators and hallway did not have A/C.

A lovely convienient hotel, with lovely welcoming staff apart from one receptionist.
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located and provided a shuttle service, most of the staff were exceptional, restaurant staff were great , food was amazing , like really good, pina coladas were phenomenal, all the staff were amazing apart from one receptionist who was rude and made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome

Cons:

This hotel was great, as I said let down by one staff member.

Who pulled me up in the morning after breakfast demanding I pay her 30 bhat for a sprite I used in mini bar, that I replaced, however it wasn't about the issue, id gladly pay the 30 bhat, it was the way she spoke to me, looked down on me and raised her voice in front of guests and staff.
