Pros:

Great staff, very accommodating. Super nice hotel. Very large room and very clean. The airport shuttle is a great plus and the reason we reserved but all was really nice.

Cons:

Beds are hard but we are finding most beds in Thailand are hard if not even harder than this one.

Adequate for a night before or after a long flight but I would say it does not live up to a 5 star rating. However, The

It was close to the airport and the bed was comfortable.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The food in the restaurant was delicious.

Cons:

There are no phone charging points in the room.
The bath is difficult to get in and out of because it is set in a wide plinth. The shower is an old hand held mixer attached to the bath tap which floods the bathroom when you take a shower. The you have to be very careful getting out of the bath because there is nothing to hold on to when you straddle over the plinth and step onto the now soaking wet slippery tiles.

Cons:

It wasn’t walkable like the advert suggested. You end up catching a transfer that takes you to the hotel.

It was vastly overpriced. It was extremely dated, dirty, and there wasn’t even hand soap in the bathroom! Just an overall disappointment. The fact that this was in Thailand where similarly priced properties are exceptional, or if on the same level of property as this hotel would be a third or even a quarter of the price, makes this place definitely one to avoid.

Great hotel
Pros:

Wonderful stay. Staff very helpful, food good and room exactly what we required. This is the second time we have stayed here and have not been disappointed in any way.
Ten minute bus trip to the airport, great.

Das hotel service ist top. die Männern sind sehr schnell mit dem Koffer. man fühlt sich willkommen. Das flughafen service ist auch gut. muss man halt vom flughafen zum hotel circa 20 min warten. Aber der Weg war nicht weit denke ca. 15 bis 20 min gefahren .
Pool war okay, es gibt große Kinderbecke. Das Bett war gemütlich und schön groß haben gut geschlafen. Man hört schon ab und zu die Flüge aber nicht so schlimm. Es war kein Fitness und Sauna wie auf den Bildern vom booking bezeichnet.
Also für in gesamten für den kurz Aufenthalt war das hotel ganz gut.. ich würde aber dennoch als 4 Stern hotel als 5 Stern bezeichnen.
