A lovely relaxing place in a beautiful setting
Pros:

Brilliant location. Self catering was a real bonus. Good facilities and friendly guests

Cons:

Some cooking basics like oil, pepper, knives would be nice.
I don’t like the smell of cleaning products in the rooms. Something less toxic and more environmentally friendly

Das geht besser.
Pros:

Arran Short Stay
Pros:

Views are amazing. Beds are comfy, on site kitchen/lounge areas are very clean and welcoming. Would book actual lodge next time.

Cons:

Sleep Huts - Great for walkers, a little more basic if looking for 'indulgance'.

Cons:

It was a pleasant place to stay with good views.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and warm with a good bed. The shower was good and worked well. The hand basin was rather small with old washer taps. The communal kitchen was well equipped.

Cons:

The hand basin was rather small and would benefit with ceramic valve taps. A shelf near the basin would help for toothbrushes etc. The communal kitchen was rather small and became over crowded with 10 people. About 50 could stay in the huts. The dishwasher needs some instructions with cycle times.

Éviter cet établissement
Pros:

Uniquement l’emplacement

Cons:

Lovely basic accommodation with a good view.
Pros:

Stayed in a small double with sea view.
Gorgeous view, clean place, friendly staff.
Self catered with a kitchen and lounge open 6am-10pm.
Convenient location - 12 minutes walk to a great dinner spot.
Great seats outside with stunning view out over bay.

Cons:

Kitchen isn’t set up hostel style - very busy and lots of queueing to get to the sink!
Water pressure is not great.
WiFi in the room was not very strong (and bear in mind there’s poor data coverage on at least 2 of the main networks on the island as we both struggled) - installing a second router would be great.

Excellent location and great stay
Pros:

Excellent location in Lamlash and right on the beach as well which gave lovely views. The hut I was in was modest yet had everything needed for a short stay. The communal kitchen was excellent also.

Cons:

Not much. The mattress could have been a bit comfier but it would not put me off booking again.

Pros:

Nice, peaceful location with good views and easy walking distance to the village. Clean room and friendly, helpful staff. .

Cons:

The rooms are a little tired, but clean. These are booked on a room only basis, and the service provided is limited. I was there for 4 nights and my bucket wasn't emptied and the room wasn't cleaned for the duration. This wasn't a big issue for me, but I had to request a clean towel mid week (the staff are very helpful however if you do need anything).
