Wir Kommen wieder
Pros:

Die Chefin und das Personal waren sehr freundlich wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage zum Strand und der Einkaufsstraße war optimal .
Ich durfte meinen Geburtstag im Hotel Feiern und wir wurden mit einigen Snacks überrascht das hab ich echt sehr nett von den Hotel Besitzer gefunden.

Pros:

Výborná poloha hotelu – jen pár kroků od pláže a hlavní promenády plné restaurací, obchodů a zmrzlináren. Oceňujeme každodenní úklid pokoje a především paní pokojskou, která sama od sebe přidala bezpečnostní zábranu na postel pro naše dítě. To bylo velmi milé a profesionální gesto.

Cons:

Pokoj neodpovídal fotografiím na Bookingu. Pokud hotel nabízí více variant pokojů, měly by být prezentovány samostatně, aby host věděl, co skutečně rezervuje. Balkonové dveře špatně těsnily a klimatizace foukala přímo na postel našeho syna, přičemž nebylo možné regulovat směr proudění vzduchu.

Hned první noc se přímo před hotelem konal velký koncert, kvůli kterému jsme se téměř nevyspali. Přestože hotel o této akci musel vědět, hosty předem nijak neinformoval. Hned následující den jsme hotel kontaktovali přes Booking, ale do dnešního dne jsme neobdrželi žádnou odpověď. Poslední noc nás navíc už v 5 hodin ráno probudil velký hluk z ulice.

Zklamáním byla také polopenze. Z rezervace nebylo zřejmé, že večeře nejsou formou bufetu, ale výběrem z menu. Nabídka pro děti byla velmi omezená. Během pobytu došlo také k výpadku elektřiny a balkon byl opakovaně znečištěný holubím trusem.

Hotel jsme vybírali podle hodnocení 9,1, ale po vlastní zkušenosti tomuto hodnocení vůbec nerozumíme. Cestujeme často a při výběru hotelů se recenzemi běžně řídíme. V tomto případě naše zkušenost vysokému hodnocení neodpovídala.

Super schöner Kurzurlaub in einem Hotel mit den freundlichsten Gastgebern in ganz Bibione.
Pros:

Die Lage ist Nahezu perfekt. Strand keine 200m entfernt und die Einkaufsstrasse gleich ums Eck. Personal und Chefleute super freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Selten so nette Gastgeber erfahren. Hatten 2 Geburtstage zu feiern und sogar die Chefin persönlich kam zum gratulieren. Zimmer super sauber, Boden wird jeden Tag Nass gereinigt. Hatten nur Frühstück, welches aber jeden Tag sehr ansprechend aufbereitet wurde. Frisches Obst, Wurst und Käse und natürlich die Cornettos mit div. Füllungen. Brot war auch gut, hätte mir vielleicht noch ein frisches Italienisches Weißbrot gewünscht. Aber nicht unbedingt notwendig. Frische warme Milch am Abend um den Brei für unseren kleinsten zu bereiten wurde auch immer anstandslos zubereitet. Wirklich Großes Lob an die Chefleute und ihr Personal.

Erholsames, schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal war mehr als nett und freundlich. Wir waren lange nicht mehr in einem Hotel in dem man so nett behandelt wurde. Die Lage ist perfekt es ist direkt am Strand und es sind sogar liegen inklusive. Eine Garage wurde uns auch bereit gestellt. Sehr saubere Zimmer und schönes modernes Bad.

Pros:

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la acest hotel.
Totul a fost curat și bine întreținut, iar atmosfera a fost foarte plăcută.
Personalul a fost extrem de amabil, politicos și mereu dispus să ajute.
Ne-am simțit bineveniți pe tot parcursul șederii.
Recomand cu încredere acest hotel și cu siguranță aș reveni.

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
