Gutes Preis-Leistungsvehältnis und ideal für Gäste, die mit Auto oder Rad unterwegs sind.

Cons:

Die Lage. Mit Verkehrsmitteln ist die Anfahrt mit Straßenbahn und Bus, Umstieg und Wartezeiten vor allem abends aufwendig.

Preisleistungsverhältnis ist super :)
Pros:

Es war wirklich sehr sauber. Man hat ein eigenes kleines Bad was wirklich blitzeblank war, die Dusche sah aus wie neu. Die Betten waren wirklich sehr gemütlich und die Klimaanlage hat auch gut funktioniert. Unten am Empfang lief alles gut, dort konnten wir auch netterweise Besteck leihen.

Cons:

Die Lage ist halt nicht ideal, aber dafür ist es halt auch nicht so teuer. Wir sind ohne Auto gekommen und konnten auch ganz gut mit dem Bus+Sbahn innerhalb von ca.30 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof kommen. Mit viel Gepäck wahrscheinlich etwas lästig, weil der Weg zur Bushaltestelle ca 15 Minuten ist. In der Nähe gibt es auch Fußläufig keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Aber, ich bin ehrlich,dafür dass man für den Preis ein süßes und sauberes Zimmer bekommt, ist das schon okay.

Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption!

Cons:

Das sogenannte „Green Concept“ (Nachhaltigkeitsprinzip) bringt lediglich der Hotelkette durch div. Kosteneinsparungen finanzielle Vorteile (!), wie etwa beim Personal (unsere 5 Zimmer wurden trotz eines Aufenthalts von 4 Nächtigungen NIE gereinigt ), oder infolge reduzierten Materialaufwands (Kleiderschränke waren keine vorhanden). Die Gäste bleiben bei diesem Konzept leider auf der Strecke!

Unfaire Preisdifferenzen: Frühbucher bezahlen für ihren Hotelaufenthalt um ein Vielfaches mehr als Spätentschlossene! Trotz jahrelanger „Booking.com-Treue“ gab es diesbezüglich für uns weder seitens der Hotelleitung, noch via Booking.com ein faires Entgegenkommen (Preisnachlass).

Un avventura
Pros:

La colazione, in particolare se gestita dal staf femminile, che lo curava maghiormente.

Cons:

Allora, è comprensibile voler al giorno d'oggi aver un occhio al ecologia tuttavia: non era stato detto in anticipo che si opta per la pulizia ogni 3 giorni (incluso fare il letto). E stato offerto la possibilita di prenotare pulizie extra tranite telefono aspetto che non ha funzionato, quando si ha avvisato il personale serale tale comunicazione e richiesta di effettuare la pulizia NON e giunta al personale del mattino. È stato necessario rincorrere il personale.

Inoltre per pulizia sarebbe inteso anche passare un aspirapolvere, visto la moquete, tuttavia cio non e stato fatto e anche in bagno dopo le pulizie vi erano ancora molteplici capelli. Le pulizie durante il soggiorno appaiono funque superficiali e consistere principalente nel cambio asciugamani e rifare il letto.
Al termine del soggiorno si nota un assenza di aspirapolvere nella dotazione del personele addetto.

Gli spazzi risultano insufficienti per depositare in modo comodo bagagli di due persone per 5 giorni.

Le stanze anche se apparentemente ben isolate risultano poco isolati per i suoni del corridoio.

L'utilizzo di codice per l'ingresso tardivo alla porta principale risulta, di per se una buona idea, tuttavia risulta lo stesso della stanza e facilmente spiabile, dunque poco sicuro.
