Recepcjonistka zachowywała się niewłaściwie od chwili mojego przybycia; zatrzymała mój paszport i odmówiła przyjęcia zdjęcia, chociaż później dowiedziałem się z regulaminu hotelu, że mogę pokazać zdjęcie.Co więcej, sposób, w jaki mnie traktowała, wydawał się jej przeszkadzać, ponieważ nie znałem jej języka. Recepcjonistka, która pracowała w ciągu dnia, powitała mnie jednak serdecznie i z uśmiechem.
