Pros:

Its not a hotel its an banquet and its very duty with only 2 staff. No cleanness no staff and the owner have it on contract basis to other person. Very poor review.

Absolute Nightmare – Overpriced, Unhygienic, and Shockingly Unprofessional

I rarely write reviews, but this stay was so abysmally poor that I feel obligated to warn others. We booked three rooms, paid a premium price, and received sub-zero standards in return.
1. Shocking Lack of Hospitality & Hygiene:
The staff here have absolutely zero exposure to the hospitality business. They were incredibly dismissive, and unprofessional. The overall hygiene of the hotel is deeply concerning—the rooms were dirty, and the toilets were downright stinky.
2. Broken Amenities & No Hot Water
Don't expect basic amenities here. There was no hot water for showers. We were forced to take cold water shower even our elderly parent. Even rooms were not provided with key and every time to unlock we have to call the staff to operate with master key.
3. Maintenance Failures & Zero Privacy
The maintenance of this property is a joke. In one of our three booked rooms, the heavy curtain fell completely off the wall at 5:00 AM. We called maintenance immediately, but nobody ever showed up to fix it. We were left with a massive window wide open to the outside world, completely stripping away our privacy for the rest of the stay.
4. Pathetic "Complimentary" Breakfast
Breakfast was supposedly included in our high room rate. What we actually received was a laughably small portion of subpar Poha and a single cup of coffee. To make matters worse, despite charging a premium price for the rooms, they didn't even provide a single complimentary bottle of mineral water.

Worst hotel i ever booked

the property has a very big area to cover.

Cons:

There is nothing to like. Worst experience ever..we requested for a towel a water bottle and a pillow when we checked in to the room bcz nothing was there in the room as Amenity...It took 4 reminders and was delivered after 3 hours...No courtesy, no apology, 0 professionalism..I advise not to book such hotels where they don't know how to work in a hotel they just opened a property but there is no one to entertain your requests...WASTE OF MONEY😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑😑
