Cons:

We received a call from the reception accusing us of throwing fruit out of the window, although we did not throw anything out of the window.

There were also several problems with the rooms:

- In one of the three rooms, there was no water and no towels.
- In another room, there were no glasses, and the blackout curtains could not be closed properly. There was an unbearable amount of light coming in from outside during the night, making it impossible to sleep.
- There was also loud music coming from outside/the hotel until 2 a.m., which made sleeping even more difficult.
- In the third room, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There was hair on the floor.
- The hairdryer would heat up very quickly and then switch off.
- The bidet/hygienic shower was broken, and water was spraying out from the middle of the hose directly onto you.
We had specifically requested double beds, but the beds provided were single beds.

Considering all these issues, we were quite disappointed with our stay, especially since we were then contacted by reception and accused of something we did not do.
There were also no basic toiletries, coffee, or tea provided in the rooms.

Considering all of these issues, we strongly feel that this hotel did not meet the standards expected of an international 4-star hotel.

Возможно понравилась только цена проживания в этом отеле и вид с балкона на реку..
+ авто было припарковано под окнами на основной улице напротив отеля.

Cons:

В целом уровень комфорта и завтрака ниже среднего (до этого посещали несколько отелей в Грузии с чуть более высоким бюджетом). Лучше искать что -то чуть более дороже и не портить впечатления от отдыха, останавливаясь в таких посредственных гостиницах. Душ в номере - отдельный квест с настройкой температуры воды и давления, + вода вытекает из границ душевой..

La situación del hotel
Habitación muy amplia con balcón

Cons:

El desayuno, el peor desayuno de nuestra estancia en el país. Estaba incluído en el precio de la habitación pero no había nada dulce. Había unas rebanadas de pan pero no tenían tostadora ni mermelada. Tuvimos que pedir que nos calentaran leche y el café era soluble.
