The service front desk people very helpful. The guy who used to clean the rooms was very gentle. We stayed in 401 and had a very good experience

Very noisy outside
the room was very well kept. the maintenance is excellent with the owners being personally involved. the mod cons are up there with best in class- there is no delay in hot water in the taps, the electrical layout is well thought out and overall comfort is excellent. staff is responsive. the paid food in room service and restaurant is absolutely brilliant and melt in the mouth.
the free breakfast was lavish but not tasty. also the meats were meager, only chicken sausage and one variety of very ordinary salami. needs improvement on the meat + eggs front.
