We had a lovely stay at Bprjomi classical hotel, but what truly made our experience exceptional was Anna. She is an absolutely wonderful woman — kind, polite, and incredibly warm. She personally cleaned our room and did an excellent job. Everything was spotless and perfectly arranged.
Anna speaks very good English and helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay. She even prepared our breakfast herself, with so much care and love. She reminded us of our own grandmothers — warm, genuine, and full of beautiful stories. We had such meaningful conversations with her, listening to her talk about her life and the history of the country. It made our stay very special.
Honestly, I loved her more than the hotel itself — she is the heart of the place. I only wish we could have spent more time with her.

Прекрасный отель и по расположению и по сервису, мы остались очень довольны.

Завтраки прекрасные: красиво сервированные на свежем воздухе, на террасе, с вкуснейшими домашними ягодными компотами, с хачапури и блинчиками, сырками, десертами, овощами - всегда выходили сытыми и взрослые и дети. Особенно приятным было обслуживание. Спасибо бабушке Ане за ее тепло и доброту, за тот оптимизм и радость, которыми она с нами делилась. Весь персонал невероятно доброжелательный. Спасибо Марине, что встретила и заселила нас ночью, всегда была на связи. Здесь мы впервые почувствовали такое искреннее участие и гостеприимство...
Территория отеля - как музей: очень красиво, чисто и уютно. Комнаты просторные, светлые, всё работало, ночью было тихо и спокойно, никакого шума. Рядом с отелем рынок, где можно купить фруктов. Да и всё остальное тоже недалеко, можно пройтись пешком и до музея и до парка. Есть где припарковать машину.

Ana is the best!
Pros:

The location was really nice as everything was close by to the hotel! So were the rooms, they looked like from olden days, But the best thing about the property was Ana! What a lovely lady she is! I haven't seen anyone as old as her working so hard! Thanks to ana our stay here was so enjoyable. Would love to stay here and meet her again.

Ein herzlicher Empfang, familiäre Atmosphäre, außergewöhnliches Frühstück und eine wunderschöne Lage machten unseren kur

Wir verbrachten nur eine Nacht in diesem Apartment, doch der Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gemütlich und einladend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den herzlichen Empfang durch die Mitarbeiterin Anna – eine überaus gastfreundliche und zuvorkommende Persönlichkeit, die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht hat.

Auch das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich: alles frisch und hausgemacht, ein echtes Highlight, das man unbedingt erlebt haben sollte. Zudem hatten wir die Gelegenheit, die Inhaberin kennenzulernen, die uns mit derselben Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit begegnete. Dadurch fühlte sich unser Aufenthalt fast so an, als wären wir bei Freunden oder in der Familie zu Gast.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend: mit einem schönen Blick auf den Fluss bietet die Unterkunft eine wunderbare Atmosphäre zum Entspannen.

Лучший выбор в Боржоми!
Pros:

Потрясающий отель. Было очень приятно проживать. Номер очень красивый и антуражный с камином, выходит в красивый садик. До парка боржоми недалеко пешком. Очень приветливый персонал. Бабушка Анна нас разместила, все показала. Говорит на нескольких языках. Милейшая женщина. Утром на завтрак накормили домашней вкуснейшей едой. Остались только положительные впечатления. Всем рекомендую.
