Pros:

Good location, pleasant staff, onsite parking, cheaper than other Bristol hotels.

Cons:

The room was tiny, our shower door didn't shut properly and it was absolutely sweltering (in March!) despite our individual room heating being off. We had to take the duvet out of the sheets it was so hot.

A delightful place to stay in Clifton. I would return there in an instant.

Pros:

Great location. Very friendly receptionists and breakfast staff. Very good breakfast. Spacious and comfortable room - and parking is a big plus.

Clean, comfy, good location.
Pros:

Comfortable and clean. Great location. Beautiful building. V Smart bathroom. We were in the adjacent building, which was fine as we didn't take bfast.

Cons:

Picky but small tv and few sockets. Room overlooked the Triangle and their is some traffic noise but prob due to it being a listed building and not having modern glazing.

Lovely Hotel in a gorgeous and peaceful location
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful receptionist at check in, nicely decorated room, very comfortable bed and really good shower.
Breakfast was delicious, good quality ingredients and the breakfast staff were welcoming, friendly and worked hard to keep everything running smoothly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Fabulously friendly, super clean and a total delight.

The super friendly and helpful staff.
They were all lovely and engaging.

The hotel was one I’d longed to stay at for years (being local) and when an opportunity arose I took it and was not disappointed.

Cons:

There are a few little “tired” edges but nothing to actively dislike.
