Highly recommend!
Pros:

Charming, little, tastefully decorated boutique hotel right in the heart of the old town. The room was spacious, newly decorated and had all the small things you needed. The beds were super cosy and comfortable and so were the pillows. The bathroom was also nice, good water pressure and all the necessary toiletries. Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh.
Breakfast was nice, too.
Although the hotel is located in the heart of the old town (3 min walk), it is very peaceful and quiet.
The biggest praise however goes to all the staff, who were all extremely polite and welcoming , and always ready to help and answer all our questions and requests.

Cons:

Great location and great people who runs the hotel.
Pros:

The property is located next to points of interest. The hotel is quiet and really homey. I should really mention the hotel personnel. The three very cariñoso front desk gentleman are really helpful and thoughtful and the lady who prepares the breakfast always with a smile reminds me of home.

Cons:

If I really need to nit pick vegetable option for breakfast will be much appreciated.

Wonderful location and very friendly staff
Pros:

Staff was always very professional and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Location is wonderful, at a walking distance from pretty much all touristic attractions. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean - we stayed on the second floor and didn't see an elevator, but we don't have any accessibility issues. For those who have, it might be useful to check rooms availability.

Cons:

Breakfast is not served as a buffet, instead, we select a meal from a menu. It was well prepared and fresh, but it would have been nice to see more vegan options.

Pros:

Останавливались здесь на одну ночь и остались в полном восторге. Номер очень чистый, светлый, с удобными матрасами и белоснежным бельем. Персонал на ресепшене вежливый и оперативно решает любые вопросы. Завтраки разнообразные, всё свежее и вкусное. Расположение тоже порадовало: основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, при этом в самом номере было тихо. Обязательно вернемся сюда снова

ブハラならここのホテルオススメです！
Pros:

駅からホテルまでのタクシーを事前に手配して下さったり、早朝にホテルに着いたがアーリーチェックインを無料でさせてくれたり、次の日の出発が早かったがランチボックスを用意してくれたり、帰りのホテルから駅までのタクシーを手配してくれたり。いつでもコーヒーやお茶を頼めるのも嬉しいサービス。部屋のクローゼットも大きくて扉を閉めれる形だったのも嬉しいポイント。またホテルから観光地がとても近く、気温が下がれば上着を取りに帰ったり、観光の間に休憩に帰ったりと、とても立地がよかったです。

Incredible location, comfortable rooms and phenomenal staff!
Pros:

Amazing location and incredible staff at Oasis. Alex in particular was an incredibly friendly and helpful host, helping to book Yandex if needed, going out of his way to accommodate requests and overall being amazing in sharing about Bukhara and Uzbekistan in general. Highly recommended and I look forward to visiting again!

Cons:

Water heat and pressure could be a little better.
