Поздний заезд прошел без проблем

Cons:

Персонал не говорит по-русски. Слышно абсолютно все, что делается за дверью - на ресепшен - компьютерные игры, разговоры, шаги и т. д. В номере нет питьевой воды, не было полотенец, позже полотенца выдали по запросу. В день выезда не было света 1,5-2 часа. Так же в номере нет штор. Вас будят в 9 утра, даже если вы не просили - так вам сообщают, что надо идти на завтрак. Завтрак оставляет желать лучшего

Pros:

Все понравилось: обслуживание, чистота в номерах, завтраки сытные. Огромная удобная кровать. Заселили раньше времени заезда, за что огромное спасибо.

Cons:

Хотелось бы обновить шторку в душе, было бы тогда вообще идеально.

Хороший отель. В целом до центра минут 10. Но находится в частном секторе где нет освещения вечерами- для девушек учитывать. Хотя там все спокойно. Внутри как дворец😅

No funcionaba el Aire Acondicionado!!! Eso fue demoledor con el calorazo que pega.
Nunca había nadie en recepción y cuando localizábamos a alguien, ni una pizca de inglés a pesar de que lo decía en la descripción.
Nos dijeron que podíamos pagar con tarjeta de crédito y a última hora nos dijeron que no.
Decían que había piscina y no es verdad.
Camas extremadamente duras.

Pros:

Very beautiful hotel, nice rooms and area outside, superfriendly staff; we were also able to store our luggage after check-out.

Cons:

Hotels name says 'old town' but it was actually quite a walk to the main attractions, not big problem but just leaving it here as a remark.

Nice stay in Bukhara
Pros:

It's a nice guesthouse run by friendly staff. It's located 800m from tourist attractions that is very convenient. The rooms are clean. It's a good choice for a 2-4 days stay in Bukhara.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a chair in the room and wall hooks near the room entrance.
