Pros:

Das Bett bzw. die Matratze war sehr gut. Obwohl das Zimmer nach vorne Richtung Hauptstraße lag, hat man den Verkehr nicht gehört.

Cons:

Das gebuchte und bereits bezahlte Zimmer stand nicht zur Verfügung. Das Hotel schob booking.com Fehlverhalten zu, hat dann später aber eingesehen, den Fehler selbst verursacht zu haben.
Das Ausweichquartier war in keiner Weise akzeptabel. So habe ich mir abends selbst ein anderes Hotel gesucht.
Das Geld für das nicht vorhandene Zimmer habe ich erstattet bekommen.
