Pros:

There was a very sweet girl at the reception, smiling, and very helpful. I think she was the most of positive feelings during the stay. Spa was very good made, modern, I think one of the best in the region. I liked the balcony. Bathroom was very comfy, dryer was always hot that helped a lot to dry child's clothes. Food was also very good quality. Water on every floor is genius. Kids playground and grill is just what was needed.

Cons:

First room was too dark and hot but good we were moved out to a better one. Only thin was strange is a cleaning. They never changed towels and didn't make beds, also sometimes didn't empty rubbish. So cleaning stuff was very bad. The rest was great. Thank you for the hotel and for that nice receptionist who was asking how we are doing and helped a lot with everything

все супер. чистота, порядок, смачно, ситно, охайно, персонал привітний, спа чудове.
на парковці в сезон місця впритик, але достатньо

Cons:

1. трішки незручне ліжко. воно сучасне, гарне, але на ньому виспатись за дві ночі не вдалось (можливо я звик до іншого)
2. локація. в багажнику найкраще перевезти якийсь самокат, бо пішки майже ніде не добратись. але ми свідомо на це йшли + ціна нижча, ніж в центрі буковелю, тому для мене це не мінус, а особливість, яку потрібно врахувати
