Pros:

A nice hotel run by a dynamic and helpfull young man.
The hotel is in the south of Colombo, you can easily reach the center of the city by bus. 20mn, 40 rps. The hotel between the main road and the beach, a great location.
The building is secured, clean, well decorated.
The room is quite small but well equiped. Desk, a/c, fan, Kettle, modern barhroom with hot shower.
They kept our luguages the last day.

Nothing, I highly recommand

The host and staff were very attentive and welcoming to my stay. Kind and friendly people. Rooms were suitable for 1 person. In clean condition.

Месца на ціхай вуліцы ў горадзе. Утульны нумар з усім неабходным. Добры вялікі і вельмі камфортны ложак. Побач ёсць кафэ, крамы, супермаркеты.

Cons:

Рушнікі і бялізну пасцелі не вельмі добра пяруць: бачна што яны свежыя, але ёсць жоўтыя плямы ад чаго робіцца непрыемна. Тэлевізар не працаваў (прыстаўка dialog не запусцілася), але гэта не было вялікай праблемай.

We recommend it!
Pros:

Clean, comfy and close to the public transport. It s located in a quiet area so we had no trouble sleeping there. The beds are comfortable, you have AC and fan in the room and the room is really nice, we enjoyed staying here. The internet was good.

Cons:

There is nothing not to like.

The shower had no hot water.last time ive been there was hit water. At first he wanted 8000 when contwcting throught whatsapp while the price on booking was around 6000

Gem petit hotel in great location.
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel! Quality furnishings and linens, super clean and cared for. Great details like a kettle and tea and coffee and water in the room.

Cons:

They were doing renovation work on the floor above and at times it was noisy, but as soon as I asked them to not make noise they did.
Also I was working while and the internet was quite slow.
