Wirklich toll saniertes historisches Gebäude
Pros:

Und hat die Lage in dem historischen Gebäude im stadtkern sehr gefallen, man läuft die kleine Straße nur rauf und ist direkt an einer großen Kirche von der es dann auch gleich heruntergeht zu einer fußgängerbrücke nach Polen. Wir hatten wirklich das Gefühl in einem historischen Platz zu sein. Die Heizungsanlage ist super elegant es gibt einen Thermostat im Zimmer der auch die Heizkörper mit regelt. Man kann von hier die Stadt zu Fuß ganz gut erkunden wobei wir ab und zu auch einfach in die Tram gestiegen sind mit unserem deutschlandticket.

Absolut spitzenmäßiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß, die Betten toll und das Bad sehr modern. Sehr klasse war der abgeschlossene Hof, wo man parken konnte gegen geringe Gebühr, auch überdacht. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ausreichend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war Spitze

Cons:

Nicht negativ, nur als Anmerkung ... Frühstück gibt es unter der Woche erst ab 7:30 Uhr. Das war ungewöhnlich für uns und ist für manchen vielleicht wichtig zu wissen ;)

Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, das Zimmer war ansprechend eingerichtet und das Bett sehr gut. Riesige Dusche und ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück - es hat uns gut gefallen.

Zentralgelegenes Hotel in historischem Altbau
Pros:

Super Lage in einem schönen alten Gebäude mit Aussicht auf den Nikolaiturm. Auch das Hotel-Restaurant Schatulle ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Cons:

Frühstücksbüffet-Auswahl könnte noch etwas erweitert werden, nichtsdestotrotz lecker.

Wir kommen gerne wieder um hier Gast zu sein.
Pros:

Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Altstadt von Görlitz ist für einen Spaziergang als Ausgangspunkt von großem Vorteil. Das gebotene Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals auch kleine Sonderwünsche zu erfüllen war sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Die Dusche hat keine Tür oder Vorhang, sodass man bei Benutzung das halbe Bad unter Wasser setzt. Das ist nicht perfekt.
Auch hatte das Hotel am Sonntag keine Gastronomie im Angebot, was wirklich sehr schade war.
Auch war die Möglichkeit mit einem größeren Auto den Parkplatz des Hotels zu nutzen nicht gegeben. Aber ein der öffentliche Parkplatz-Altstadt war kostengünstig.

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Haus, in dem vieles Alte noch bewahrt wurde. Das einchecken ging reibungslos, schnell und freundlich. Die Dame die morgens fürs Frühstück zuständig war, ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
