The website has incorrect pictures of room... We were given a very pathetic room and not value for money.. the only thing good is the garden which has been updated in the site... Very poor experience... They don't provide anything they promise... There is nothing special to use this room... They take 1 hr to offer food... Ideally they make u wait for everything... Problem is not with staff... They are helpless as hotel owner or management is not doing anything for customer experience... No use asking staff as they have limited access... Very bad experience

Cons:

I found that booking through the app was much more expensive compared to booking directly with the hotel. The room sizes mentioned on the website did not match what we were given, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, breakfast was promised at 8:00 AM but only arrived between 8:30–8:45 AM. Apart from the Pongal, the breakfast quality was poor. Overall, not satisfied with the experience.

Only breakfast was good and nothing else

Cons:

Bed was pathetic and with two different mattress part from center line and very uncomfortable
There is no transparency in room fares and room was priced more than double tha n other booking website

Apart from the view everything else is average.
Pros:

The view.

Cons:

There is no hospitality, no basic necessities like soap, mirror, kettle, dental kit and no curtains. The sunlight hits directly and there are monkeys everywhere. The kitchen is not serviceable and you can’t even order tea or coffee to your room. The weather is chill hence we should be provided with a kettle at least.

The staff is slow and there is no room service provided.
