Beautiful room with amazing view and felt incredibly well looked after:) would definitely stay again and highly reccomen
Pros:

This stay was a highlight of my trip. Did stages 12 and 13 of Pekoe trail from Haputale and resting here after a days walking was a delight. The hospitality could not have been better- they offered incredibly useful advice about the routes, organised reliable early morning tuktuks and were happy to make a lovely breakfast at any time of the morning! They even rearranged things to enable me to extend for a night in the same room! Location was perfect, very close to station and trails, and views from the room spectacular.

Ho apprezzato molto la vista sulle colline, la colazione è buona e viene servita su di un tavolino fuori dalla camera con vista panoramica. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile.

Pros:

La struttura si trova lungo la strada principale di Haputale, in una posizione strategica che rende gli spostamenti semplici e comodi, anche per muoversi in autonomia nelle ore serali. Lo staff è solare, disponibile e molto accogliente. La colazione è ottima e servita all'orario concordato. L'ampia terrazza panoramica è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi e godersi uno splendido tramonto. La camera era pulita, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Un'ottima base per visitare i principali punti di interesse della zona illustrati benissimo dal titolare.

Excellent customer service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Mist Holiday Bungalow in Haputale while hiking Pekoe Trail Stage 12. After a long day on the trail, this guesthouse was the perfect place to relax and recover.

The hospitality and service were exceptional from the moment we arrived. The hosts were incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel completely at home and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.

The room was clean, cozy, and offered beautiful views of the surrounding hills and misty scenery that Haputale is famous for. The peaceful atmosphere made it an ideal stop for hikers and travelers looking to unwind.

The food was fresh and delicious, and the overall experience felt very personal and welcoming. We highly recommend Mist Holiday Bungalow to anyone doing the Pekoe Trail or visiting Haputale. Excellent service, great hospitality, and a memorable stay!

The view was splendid. The shower had hot water

Cons:

Quiet dirty. The bed felt dirty, the floor was dirty, hairs and old soap.
There was many mosquitoes and no net, no spray no fan.. we couldn’t sleep at all cause of the terrible mosquitoes and to top it up, there was a huge karaoke happening in the floor below us…
