Gorgeous rooms but noisy at night
Pros:

Staff were helpful, allowing us to drop off bags early. The room was exceptional; spacious, clean and comfortable with a great shower.

Cons:

The pre-check in process seemed like unnecessary bureaucracy (including passport scan) as it then all needed to be done again at actual check in. However, the main downside of this lovely place was that we were kept awake until 4am by the local discos.

It was ok, felt safe and conveniently located. Not sure if it was worth the price.

The location and how safe it felt

Cons:

I have checked in and soon realized I had no hand towels in the bathroom. I asked for one and was told they don’t have any as they are using them all. I was like “ok, but I have 0 at the moment”. I was told maybe the next day they will have some. The next day I asked again and was told they don’t have any still.
The outside of the room is nice and feels safe and like a little oasis. The pool is cold and probably for that reason haven’t seen anyone dipping in it.
The location is super convenient. It is like 2min walk to the center.
The only thing I did not like about the location was that there was some street construction happening and it was super loud during the day. At night, both nights, it was super loud from some club nearby with music. I had to buy ear plugs to be able to sleep.
The hot water did not work when I was there. There were no plastic utensils available either.

Beatiful scenery, small boutiqe hotel with sweet people and staff. Rigth in the heart of the city Cozumel

Cons:

Very loud next door bar, but thats what you get for a city location.

Nice stay
Pros:

The place was pretty! I loved to spend time at the little pool. The Apartment was gorgeous and pretty clean. The shower had hot cold water and the bed was amazing comfy. The biggest asset was the staff - really friendly and helpful. I went out for swimming at the beach and stored my luggage without a problem there. In the morning i enjoyed free coffee (btw this one was good). Thank you for having me there.

Dårlig oplevelse med alt for højt musik fra nærliggende bar / klub
Pros:

Personalet var søde og imødekommende.

Cons:

Meget fugtige værelser. Der var mug på væggen. Ikke ordentligt rengjort bad. Det larmede helt vildt utroligt meget fra en vandtank der var over vores værelse. Derudover larmede det meget med højt musik var en nærliggende bar / klub som gjorde at man kun fik få timers søvn hver nat. De spillede meget højt musik frem til 03:00.

Super Unterkunft, sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Carlos war sehr hilfsbereit, äusserst freundlich und spricht hervorragend Englisch! Die Einrichtung war super und das Hotel ist sehr zentral.

Der Poolbereich könnte regelmässiger gesäubert werden

Fijn! Maar lawaai…..

Aardig personeel, prima kamer, fijne locatie!

Cons:

Geen oog dicht kunnen doen door de harde muziek van de club ernaast. De muziek gaat door tot 4 uur s’nachts op vrijdag, zaterdag en zondag. Door de weeks tot 11 uur. Zo hard dat je een noise-canceling koptelefoon op moet doen om te slapen. Hier kan het hotel uiteraard zelf niks aan doen maar het is wel eerlijk als de gasten weten wat ze kunnen verwachten! (Geen nachtrust).

Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich! Der Pool mit den Liegen und den Betten waren ein schöner Ort zum entspannen.

Cons:

Für den Preis hätten wir das Zimmer in einem besseren Zustand erwartet. Es war Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer und an den Wänden Löscher im Putz und Flüssigkeit die unter der Klimaanlage raus lief an der Wand. Es war wesentlich besser mit der Feuchtigkeit als in anderen Unterkünften und es waren auch keine Flecken zu sehen, dennoch war es für den Preis nicht angemessen unserer Meinung nach.
