Pros:

Vicinissima al porto e al centro di cozumel da dove partono i ferry e le gite per el cielo / el cielito. Camera molto accogliente, ben pulita, le pulizie venivano fatte ogni giorno. Staff molto cordiale che ci ha permesso di usufruire della piscina anche dopo il check out. La camera è dotata di aria condizionata, letti molto comodi e una grandissima televisione, molto apprezzata. Struttura di per sé molto bella. Inoltre, la struttura metteva a disposizione acqua fresca/ the/ tisane tutto il giorno e anche la notte e c’è un piccolo buffet per colazione. Apprezzato

Posizione top, rapporto qualità prezzo incredibile
Pros:

Struttura accogliente, camera molto bella, spazio doccia molto grande. La camera è dotata di aria condizionata, super tv alla parete e un letto grande e molto comodo. Staff molto cordiale, posizione perfetta, a pochi minuti a piedi dal principale porto dove partono le gite a El cielo. Inoltre, acqua e bevande a disposizione 24h e piccolo buffet per colazione, assolutamente apprezzato. La camera veniva pulita tutti i giorni con conseguente cambio di teli piscina e asciugamani.

Cons:

Forse l’unico appunto è la pulizia della piscina, che qualche volta risulta un po sporca di foglie e insettini

Struttura carina, personale gentile, c’era una piccola zona relax con piscinetta ed un area con distributore caffè, bevande, frutta e qualche muffin per colazione.

Cons:

Le mattonelle del pavimento della stanza erano tutte un po’ scardate, alcuni asciugamani molto consumati.

It was so nice that I will consider coming back.
Pros:

Cute private space with a small pool to cool down in after a day at the beach. The room was spacious and had everything I needed for a 3 day stay. WiFi was strong and we had no issues.

Cons:

No parking, had to find street parking. Can get tough during busy daytime hours.

THEFT IN THE ROOM – UNSAFE PROPERTY

We were robbed inside our hotel room. During our stay, 2,500 Mexican pesos were stolen from our luggage while it was inside the room.

This is extremely concerning because the property has restricted access through security codes. These codes are known by the guests and, of course, by the hotel staff. Despite these security measures, someone was able to access our room and steal money from our belongings.

We immediately reported the theft to the hotel reception and subsequently filed an official police report with the local authorities.

Even more disturbing, after reading other guests’ reviews, we found several previous reports of thefts at this property, including guests reporting that money or valuables had been stolen even from inside the room safes. This raises serious concerns about the security of the property and the safety of its guests.

At check-in, we were also required to sign a document stating that the hotel would not be responsible for valuables that were not kept inside the safe. However, this does not change the fact that a theft occurred inside our private room in a property with restricted access.

The way this incident was handled was extremely disappointing. I did not feel safe staying here. Do yourself a favor and do not book this hotel.

Geweldige plek!
Pros:

Eigenlijk alles! De kamers waren prachtig en comfortabel de tuin was betoverend en het personeel was ontzettend gastvrij. Vlakbij het centrum. Helemaal fantastisch! Het beste plekje van Cozumel, zonder twijfel.
Onze tips voor het eiland: doe een boottour om te snorkelen en ga naar buccanos voor een niet-cruiseschip stranddag. Heel mooi rif ook daar.
