Bello l’hotel ma non ci tornerei
Pros:

Struttura nuova e pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort, vicino al centro.

Cons:

In camera si gelava di freddo e non c’era modo di aumentare il riscaldamento.
Staff scortese, mai un sorriso, e non parlavano nemmeno l’inglese a parte una ragazza.
In bagno c’era solo metà rotolo di carta igienica che abbiamo dovuto farci bastare per il soggiorno.
Colazione non a buffet ma c’era il menù scritto in cirillico o bho e c’erano giusto 6 piatti.
Ero stata avvisata che c’era un ricevimento il giorno in cui noi saremmo arrivati e infatti ho portato i tappi per dormire, ma non ero stata avvisata che i bambini all’alba delle 3 della mattina avrebbero corso e urlato davanti alla porta della camera, altrimenti avrei disdetto subito la prenotazione.

Просторий номер , високі стелі , велика ванна кімната , затишний ресторан а також чотири сніданки які входили в вартість

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything looked pretty new.

Cons:

It seemed that the staff didn't know how to smile. They were polite, but cold like fish.
There was a lot of dust from the construction next to the building. And with the breakfast we didn't understand what they were sometimes charging us extra, and sometimes didn't.
And the most embarrasing thing was that they were checking the room after the checkout like we would steal towels or shampoos?

На жаль, досвід проживання в цьому готелі виявився дуже негативним.

У ніч нашого перебування в ресторані готелю проходив банкет із дуже гучною музикою. У правилах готелю, розміщених у номері, зазначено, що шум із 23:00 до 07:00 заборонений, однак фактично музика тривала до 00:10.

Попри два звернення до персоналу, ситуацію не було вирішено, і спати в номері було неможливо. Також під час бронювання нас не попередили, що номер розташований на одному поверсі з банкетним залом.

Окремо зазначу, що вранці нам довелося очікувати приїзду кухаря, щоб поснідати, хоча сніданок був включений у вартість проживання.

Готель не забезпечує базових умов для відпочинку та не дотримується навіть власних правил.
