На жаль, досвід проживання в цьому готелі виявився дуже негативним.

У ніч нашого перебування в ресторані готелю проходив банкет із дуже гучною музикою. У правилах готелю, розміщених у номері, зазначено, що шум із 23:00 до 07:00 заборонений, однак фактично музика тривала до 00:10.

Попри два звернення до персоналу, ситуацію не було вирішено, і спати в номері було неможливо. Також під час бронювання нас не попередили, що номер розташований на одному поверсі з банкетним залом.

Окремо зазначу, що вранці нам довелося очікувати приїзду кухаря, щоб поснідати, хоча сніданок був включений у вартість проживання.

Готель не забезпечує базових умов для відпочинку та не дотримується навіть власних правил.

Завтрак . Чистота.

Cons:

Спали в холодильнике . Восемнадцать градусов было в номере . Кондиционер на тепло не работал , пожаловались на ресепшене, ничего не изменилось. Да 6000 лей чтобы спать в холодильнике.
