Очень старательный, приветливый персонал, который всеми силами пытается улучшить проживание.
Чистый бассейн. Большие номера, удобные кровати. Вкусная еда. Расположение отеля крайне удобный, слева и справа располагаются дороги к морю (до моря 15 минут пешком). Рядом так же магазины и рестораны (тоже где-то в 5-10 минутах пешком).
Хороший напор воды.
В целом, если не брать в расчёт уборку и грязную ванную комнату, отель неплохой.
Поставил отзыв на 7 баллов, в связи с выше указанными плюсами отеля и из-зв хорошего персонала. Но есть ряд явных недостатков:
Отвратительно грязная ванная комната, грязный унитаз. За две недели проживания уборки номера не было ни разу, даже когда мы попросили убрать номер, нам принесли воду и полотенца и на этом все.
Отдельно хочу отметить, что даже новые полотенца были грязные, а когда мы попросили замену, другие полотенца были еще более грязные.
Скудный завтрак.
С нами в номере жила ящерица, хотя может быть это стоит добавить в пункт "что понравилось".
Swimming pool was very nice and it was available till midnight ! So we could swim after the sunset.
Was easy to reach my favorite shak "Inspiration" on the beach. Russian/ Ukrainian cuisine cafes are very close as well as good supermarket Calisto.
The fact that I am.in Mandrem is what I approve of
My experience at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. I checked in hoping for a peaceful stay, but instead was subjected to a series of appalling events. Firstly, I contracted food poisoning from their buffet, leaving me feeling ill throughout my stay. However, the worst was yet to come.
While working in my room to meet an important deadline, I spotted a cockroach. At first, I dismissed it, thinking perhaps it’s a one-off incident, but soon the room became infested with cockroaches crawling and flying everywhere. Upon calling reception, I was informed that the hotel was carrying out pest control across the entire building, which caused the pests to infiltrate my room. To make matters worse, workers were sweeping dead cockroaches down the hallways, making the situation unbearable.
I had to abruptly pack up, delay my work, and was relocated to another room under immense stress. Although they initially apologised and promised me a complimentary weekend stay, they later retracted that offer. They also promised a late check-out, only to harass me in the morning by calling multiple times, demanding I leave.
This stay has been traumatising—between the cockroach infestation, the impact of chemicals used during pest control making me feel ill, and the unprofessionalism of staff, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Their lack of proper guest care and inconsistent communication shows a failure in basic hospitality standards.
Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Location was in Mandrem, and closer to many restaurants/beaches etc., Even the north goa places are just about 45 min drive away. In general liked the place, breakfast spread, lunch/dinner options, pool and size of the room.
Few appliances weren't working and needed replacement. Cleanliness can be improved in the room.
Service from staff was good
The bathroom were unclean with stale smell of sewage . Fortunately we were offered another room which didn’t have the smell of sewage .
