No dia que chegamos, fui surpreendida por um funcionário da recepção me informando que o valor que eu havia reservado ao booking estivesse " fora do padrão "
Eu reservo sempre pelo booking pela comodidade de saber o valor que to pagando e oq estão me oferecendo e me dando a opção de pagar antes de chegar ou na chegada pq fica bem comodo para mim. Pois bem eu reservei e o hotel só recebe quando chega pra fazer o check-in e no dia que reservei o booking estava com uma promo de fim de ano, chegando no hotel o moço teve a cara de pau de olhar pra mim e dizer que eu reservei a um valor muito baixo que ele teria que revisar esse valor, eu prontamente disse que nao pagaria nada além do que o booking havia me ofertado, eles ficaram fazendo olhares entre si bem anti profissional e sem postura de pessoa que atenda em recepção de hotel, mas eu nao paguei nada além do que eu havia reservado pelo booking. Ja estávamos cansados da viagem longa e me deparar com essa situação foi um tanto quanto desagradável. Entao recomendo que se vc assim como eu reservou neste hotel um valor, pague apenas o valor que aparece na sua reserva.
