Pros:

Good location. Selected as alternative after stay in hotel Panorama where visa cards were not excepted. This hotel had no such problems. Good rooms and excellent breakfast

A localização era boa, o hotel tinha um pátio grande.

O quarto era bem velho, com os móveis desgastados, não condizente com as imagens do Booking. Precisam investir em melhorias. O preço foi muito alto pelo padrão do hotel. Cuiabá tem uns hoteis muito velhos e muito caros. O café da manhã era muito fraco. Sendo que terminava às 9:30 e às 9:15 já não havia mais café (bebida) e a equipe se recusou a trazer mais. Tive que argumentar que o horário ainda não havia terminado, a contragosto da funcionária. Equipe muito despreparada. O hotel é cheio de portas de vidros que são perigosas.

Lugar ruim, carecendo de manutenção e de limpeza pesada.

O café da manhã é razoável. Hotel bem localizado, para quem quer ficar perto do centro ou, no meu caso, da UFMT.

Cons:

Limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Fiquei 4 dias no hotel e teria ido embora depois do primeiro, se não tivesse feito pagamento antecipado. Para quem se incomoda com sujeira e cheiro ruim, não recomendo o lugar de modo nenhum. Não é um hotel em que ficaria novamente. O banheiro tinha bastante bolor entre os rejuntes do azulejo e na pia; no box, não havia lugar para pôr shampoo e outros itens de banho. Havia cheiro de xixi velho no quarto/banheiro. Mesmo solicitando limpeza do bolor por 2 dias seguidos, não adiantou, porque só o chão e o meio dos ambientes foram limpos. Mais de uma vez, chegando ao quarto à noite, encontrei filhotes de barata no chão e na parede. Havia bolor também no teto do quarto. O frigobar estava enferrujado. Tenho a impressão de que há tempos não arrastam as camas para limpar, justamente de onde os filhotinhos de barata saíam. Penso o seguinte: se o que é visível é/está sujo, o que não se vê é/está mais ainda.
