Pros:

La ubicación, la vista ,los señores era muy amables, fueron a recoger una bola de pelos que había en mi tina

Cons:

a pesar de que mi habitación la encontré muy descuidada y la tina llena con pelos , las camas eran muy cómodas , que lamentable que sea tan descuidado el lugar , la limpieza necesita más atención

Цена соответствует качеству. Лучшее расположение по отношению ко всему, каждый день меняли полотенца, выдавали воду и ванные принадлежности. Чистое белье и полотенца. Все приветливы, девушка хорошо говорит по английски. Если вернусь в Дананг, то остановоюсь снова в этом отеле.

Из плюсов: Первая линия, разрешение соседнего отеля купаться в бассейне. Девушка на ресепшн и ее муж очень хорошие. Муж помог до номера донести вещи и из номера вынести по лестнице. Каждый день приносили 2 полотенца и 2 бутылки пол литровой воды, бумагу и один раз меняли зубные щетки с зубной пастой. Не дырявое постельное.

В номере очень сыро, все абсолютно грязное, пыльное, плесень. Стены в комнате требуют побелки, т.к отвалилась штукатура, все требует мойки, на двери в ванную нет замка, на входной двери щеколда сломана, на деревянной кровати отколоты углы. Отель требует ремонта как косметического, так и капитального. Лестницы замены дерева, То, что окна старые и мебель - это ожидаемо, что отель очень ветхий и годится под снос тоже. Но можно ж хотя бы уважать гостей и содержать в чистоте отель и комнаты. Куда смотрит руководство? Отель выезжает на том, что первая линия и договоренность с другим отелем на пользование бассейном. На этом все. Уборки в номере не было за три ночи, Кондиционер работает только на охлаждение( и вообще рада, что работает). Хотела влагу хоть как-то убрать. В ванной постоянно мокро и не сохнет ничего. Нечем вытереть полы. Вода плохо уходит. Это ужас. Не выключала свет во время проживания в ванной - так хоть как-то вентиляция осушала влагу и не тянуло в комнату всю эту вонь. Кондиционер тоже спасал чуток. И нужно не купаться, чтоб хоть как-то высохало. Дверь чтобы закрыть в ванную - подкладывала полотенце. Показала уборщице это - сказала знаю. Полотенца приносили всегда влажные. Постельное в пятнах. Подушка жесткая. На кровати у изголовья перекладина, которая очень мешает спать. Постельное в пятнах.

Do not stay here.
Pros:

Room was large with an ocean view.
Bathroom was large with a deep bath.
Air conditioner worked well.
Beds were ok, comfy.
Was a tv with two large wardrobes.

Cons:

Very, very run down building.
No room safe.
Doors did not secure well - I did not feel safe.
Very little hanging space in wardrobes, only one short hanging rack.
Balcony was filthy and unusable.
No tea/coffee in room.
Why have a kettle ?
Toiletries were poor, some communal shampoo and bath gel was empty.
Windows/shutters would not open, so no ocean view.
Lots of mould in the bathroom.
Glasses supplied were filthy.

Needed a big renovation.
Pros:

There isn't any breakfast. Room is poor condition. Air condition is good, balcony private and swimming pool nearby, cross the road for the beach.

Cons:

Someone else jumped out the corridor to used my private balcony and smoked. There aren't any breakfast so a bit inconvenience. WiFi is a bit slow. Staffs are nice welcomed but not professional. Room is dirty and worn out so much furnitures, facilities, ...

Pool beautiful but that is maintained by hotel next door

Location and comfortable bed

Cons:

Shame the property isn’t as well kept as the gardens. Cleanliness is very poor - poor customer service. Had to clean the fridge myself before putting anything in it
